Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not to mention the ease of which they make the process of filing eforms and dealing with atf parts of the process as well. Will definitely be shopping with Silencer Central again.

Overall experience was great, all the hassle aspects are handled by them. Professional and efficient. Obviously they know the whole process inside and out. Gets steps done very quickly. The Tax Stamp credit was great. My only suggestion is to go to your local police for fingerprinting. Their system is quick and is highly effective.

Nice to get the jump on buying a suppressor before the government eliminates the tax. This is my fifth suppressor and my second under the free stamp that Silencer Central paid for. I believe the wait times may go up once the government drops the tax and there may possibly be back orders.

This is my second suppressor with SC, the SC process has significantly improved in the last year. Order day was approx 30 minutes total, all forms etc filled out (made easier because everything was on file). That being said it is obvious there has been a concerted effort to streamline everything. Tax stamp, 2 days, all total I should receive an eform 4 trust suppresser in 2 weeks. Recommend

The first two folks I had to deal with via phone/computer at Silencer Central made it easy....just follow their excellent instructions. They walked me through the entire paperwork process & gave excellent instructions to guide me along. There was no effort to hurry me along....they stayed with me at my pace & were very patient with me. The two...one man & one woman who were on the phone/computer with me, at different time in the process, were phenomenal representatives for Silencer Central. I am pleased with their great assistance in the paper work process and follow through since then has been great too. I get updates via computer to follow the progress of the paperwork to confirmation from ATF etc. Now I have email informing me all is well.....have downloaded my tax stamp paperwork which was paid for by Silencer Central. Happy Suppressor Customer!!!!

This was my first silencer. I chose Silencer Central from the recommendation of Hickok 45, very short wait times plus they had a free tax stamp promotion going at the time. SC said the ATF approval times were just a couple days. The ATF was very fast (7 days for a trust).What they neglected to tell me was the process of getting to that point was dragged out over several weeks. Two to three days for SC approval of every submitted step in the process. Nine days to receive my fingerprint cards sent via two day FedEx. Total time from purchase to the can in my hand was 5-1/2 weeks. Not a huge deal but the sole reason for four star rating instead of five.

purchased approved with trust in late 2023, customer service was absent after that, more importantly, even though a responsible person was identified and paperwork completed, they must have lost or ignored it. Tried to fix today by logging on to website and chatting but website says I have never purchased from SC and the customer service bot had no clue on how to add a responsible person, I guess I will use an attorney and pay, every bit of help promised evaporated after they ran my credit card, will never use these clowns again

the way everything is lined out is pretty awesome… i was approved by atf in less then 24 hrs.. passed cleo fine. i think ill be waiting on silencer to ship the longest first one maybe this is normal but i wouldn’t figure silencer centrals part in this would have been the longest waiting periods. i was going to buy multiple more but i wanted to start with a single glad i did if this doesn’t arrive this week ill be trying local or there biggest competition with local shop.
after making review received a tracking number silencer arrived 4 days later i am thinking issue is there in state person I dont know but i’m about to buy another from them give it another shot
also it was over a week after my cleo wait it seemed my longest waits were on silencer central side. I’m sure you guys are quite busy, but to me that means hiring more staff the silencers are definitely paying some salaries with their pricing.

This was my first suppressor purchase and I also had them set up a trust for free. I also took advantage of the free tax stamp so I am very pleased. The process was so laid out ahead of time, I always knew what was next. Every step was explained and easy to follow. This was an exceptional experience.

I am astonished at how FedEx and Silencer Central treat their customers. In March, I had a new suppressor. I fired one round through it and it broke, on top of that the original endcap they sent was damaged so this is the second warranty issue with the suppressor ,so I contacted Silencer Central and they sent me a warranty repair form and a prepaid FedEx label to send it back. I packed it up exactly as they told me to and dropped it off at the dropbox just like they said to do. I tried to get FedEx to answer the door, but of course they would not, so I put it in the dropbox during normal business hours so it could get picked up. I called silencer Central multiple times checking up on it. Four months later, I found out it got stolen. Essentially, the entire time they told me, "Yep, we have your suppressor, we're working on it," but in fact they were tracking the wrong serial number. They messed up on their end with serial numbers, which is not good for an NFA item. I contacted them again and they told me, "Oh, it never even shipped here, so there's nothing we can do about this." FedEx denied the claim because they never had an original scan. I filed police reports and reported the stolen NFA item with the ATF. Everyone is telling me to basically "piss off" that I'm out $1700 and that there's nothing anyone can do because there was no original scan. They offered me a discount on buying another one, which is total BS. I shouldn't have to pay for something I've already paid for. I shouldn't have needed a warranty in the first place. I followed the process and did everything exactly as I was supposed to, and there was a mess up on their end with tracking. FedEx got robbed and ignored it and denied it since it was never scanned, even though it happened in their facility, which miraculously doesn't have cameras on the outside or inside of the building. This tells me a lot. Now I'm sitting here and everyone's telling me they're not going to do anything for me, so I am pissed. I am out $1700 worth of items that I'm not going to get back, and I am super unhappy with the way I was treated. I am at a complete loss cause I don’t know what to do now besides vent and hope that maybe people share this and someone will live up to their mistakes or something. I don’t know share list to anyone you can to know do not buy from Silencer Centralor ship FedEx you will get screwed. 
They’re basically acting like I didn’t even turn in. You think I would lie about a not shipping a NFA item that’s a felony to do something like this or have lost or stolen. It’s just pathetic on the way they’re acting 100,000,000+ dollar sounds company and multibillion-dollar shipping company both say screw their customers that tells me a lot. I’ll never use either of them again.
Also, there’s lots of other people that are in the same situation from the exact same period of time that needs to be solved and found so I hope that the Dickinson Police Department - North DakotaDickinson Police Department can find these people and maybe make restitution to all these people that got items stolen the same time i did since fedex wont help us.
Share so more people dont get screwed over like i did
