Prior to this suppressor acquisition, all of my previous 6 suppressors were acquired from the Silencer Shop.

Pros:
Streamlined and easy to follow submission process
No hour plus trips to a local class 3 FFL
No waiting in line to complete the paperwork
Easy to find and purchase what I wanted
Following the submission progress plus emails/messages made the process a breeze and beat the end of the year deadline before the AFT shutdown
Required less of my time
Cons:
Slower overall submission process
Requires more diligence to ensure the submission process completes in a timely manner
Delivery is slower

Overall am I pleased with Silencer Central? yes
Will I buy from Silencer Central again? yes
Why? I prefer no multiple trips to an FFL and am fine trading off the delays doing the submission online plus the resulting shipping delay vs wasting time in traffic and waiting in line to complete the certification.

Product still on the way but all communications have been great, tried my sons suppressor from from you and just had to get another thanks

Refund policy is an actual scam. Basically stole $200 from me. Will never do business with them again!

They are very good in everything except shipping they will send text and email saying it’s headed to your state then maybe 5 to 6 days later you will get email saying shipping label has been made waiting to ship and if lucky : to 4 days later it might head toward your state other then that there great to work with

They made it so easy to purchase a suppresser thru their company . I am so bad with using a computer but they made all steps easy and if you had any problems or questions they were right there to help. Look forward to dealing with Silencer Central in the near future. 5 stars!!

Silencer Central (Sioux Falls, SD 57104) is run by liars and thieves, and the forms you are required to fill out, which lack adequate space for info and are vague and misleading, allows the Feds to reject your application for the most trivial of reasons, like a minor clerical error. Also, you can't find out one thing about the process until you give them your money, and by the time you realize that doing business with them was a mistake, it's too late!...
A mistake because, even if you cancel your order immediately, they are going to keep $200, or 25% of your money, which ever is greater... In my case, they are going to keep over $400 of my money, for doing NOTHING, admitting it might take up to 40 DAYS to get my money back, and probably in check form... NOT back to my card!... And that's their con game... They make lots of money whether your application is processed, or not... So, they could care less about any of it, most likely preferring that the contrived and misleading application is rejected, leaving them free to move on and steal from the next naive and well intended customer... Silencer Shop out of Texas is the exact same way, using your money to keep their business afloat, while doing absolutely nothing to earn it!... Finally, they won't use your FFL, which leads me to believe government kick-backs are involved...You've been warned!...
