Waited until I have used machine a few times to give a review.
This machine is a little cracker accurate and easy to use.
Signzeworld delivered this very quickly, I was new to this type of product and had a little difficulty getting my laptop to speak to it.

Signzworld has very good products but their packing of orders and quality control of stock leaves a lot to be desired. We order in bulk but invariably some of the stock arrives damaged. Indeed, my recent order for brand new flat packed mug boxes is being re-sent as half of them were not of a usable quality when they were despatched to me, as this was not caused in transit. A good company whose packing lets them down.

I've set my printer all up, but haven't printed anything on it yet, so this could be a premature review, but the customer service has been excellent. I called them up, spoke with a gentleman who was really helpful and made sure I got everything I needed, and Audrey was really helpful sorting out the payment with me as my bank were being difficult. The printer arrived the following day. After receiving the product, which came perfectly packaged (not wasteful but completely safe), I received a lovely email with lots of advice and offering further support if I needed it, and a discount for future purchases of ink. Very satisfactory service. I have no doubts the printer will all work fine, and if there are any issues this is a company that has proven they are trustworthy and ready to help. Would recommend if you are after good advice, quick and friendly service and a good quality product.

I am a regular customer with signzworld and normally don't have any issues until now.
On the 12th may (2021) I ordered my customary set of facemasks. The next day I ordered some blank sublimation clocks from the company's eBay site.

Yesterday the clocks came, but no sign of the masks.
I immediately logged onto the website and flagged the issue with an agent in the chat. The gentleman (Martin sweets) told me that my order was signed for. I explained the situation and he told me send images of the packaging I received.
I have done so....and not a single response back. Now I am out of pocket for the set of masks I ordered...and have received no explanation or support.
I feel extremely let down and ignored.

Fast delivery of plotter, good piece of kit and excellent after sales. Would highly recommend.
