I don't like the ads, and we've paid to not receive them. I still get them and am distracted

This website is the most popular for sign-up management and I appreciate all they offer. There are plenty of free style templates to make sign-ups attractive and I can easily set up a sign-up. Overall, however, the site is riddled with ads which gives the site a dated appearance. I know the ads are what helps keep the free accounts free but the site feels like a relic from the early internet days of the 1990s. It takes multiple screens, clicks, & saves to finish a sign-up. This is clunky, especially if you have to make changes. I continue to use sign-up genius because it's what our school organization is familiar with but every time I create a sign-up, I wish for something more streamlined & modern.

This website makes scheduling parent teacher conferences very easy. One thing to improve.....I can't figure out how to just repeat the same times on numerous days. I always have to put them all in. There probably is a way to do this but I can't figure it out.

The process of setting up the sign up was easy and the response is great from the people on the invitation list.

I head up a team that puts together weekend food bags for school children. This has been a great tool to assign shopping duties to my team since it's easy to use and easy to manage. I like the duplication feature since we organize shopping monthly and it allows me to easily re-create lists.

Once I got the hang of HOW to add dates and times, it was easier, but getting to at point, was a bit confusing!

Creating surveys is so easy, with a good amount of options.

It worked well but some parts were hard to manage. It also deleted my information several times and not sure why. However it does work once it works well.

I’ve been a loyal, paying customer of SignUpGenius for years, using it for both my school’s events and even purchasing a premium account for my wedding. However, when I really needed support, their website had a glitch which made it impossible to submit a customer service request and no other way to contact them. I couldn't even reply to their emails without getting an auto generated response with an incorrect link to the same broken page.

What’s worse is that I saw on Instagram that others were experiencing the same issue. The company responded to one person saying, “just contact us through the website,” but when I commented that I was upset about my own situation, they did the same thing—never actually addressing the issue.

I was a long time customer for personal and professional use at work. I was so frustrated that I could not get in touch with anyone and that the people replying to the comments kept making this bland suggestion to use the website when it's actually broken and there's no other way to contact them.

Look, it's clunky, the interface is old, fine. But I just found the whole thing to be incredibly disrespectful. I paid a good amount of money over time and they wouldn't respond when I asked for help on the only channel available (Instagram) beyond what seemed like either a robot or a person who was not really reading what I (and other customers) were actually saying.

This fall, I'm having our school find a different provider for this service.

The constant ads that you have to click out of are ridiculous. As a teacher, this is a vital tool for quick responses and documentation. It's very frustrating to have to keep clicking when you're trying to create or toggle from screen to screen. Unfortunately our district does not pay to have the program so we are using the free items.

building signups are well thought through and easy to build. Very easy for user to access and use for scheduling.
Print outs of final schedule are easy to use at event and help keep communications smooth for everyone involved. Excellent application for so many different usages.
