We had an all round positive experience with Sigma. Starting with the initial visit to the show room where there was no pressure to sell, just being helpful. When the work started, everything happened when Sigma said it would. No drama, just getting on with it. It was very useful having a supervisor on the job, Mike, who insured the smooth running of the installation.

Our designer, Rebecca at Culverhouse Cross, listened to our requirements for a new kitchen and produced a layout and computer image that ticked all our boxes and fell within our budget. Everything progressed on time with first class communication between the various parties and ourselves. The finished article and its quality is beyond our expectations, with there being professional service throughout. All staff and tradesmen were a pleasure to accommodate and went the extra yard to oblige.

I have a small kitchen and went for the most basic of Sigma3's range of units topped with a granite work surface - and the result was a kitchen that doesn't disappoint! I kept all my previous appliances and Barbora designed a kitchen around those. All for under £10k (-supply only) - which about what Howdens quoted!

What stood out was the number of home visits to check (-and double check) it would fit precisely and, if not, suggest further tweaks to make it so.

This was our second sigma kitchen, we had a first class service last time so when we moved house it was a no brainer to use sigma again. Our designer was the lovely Negar at Culverhouse Cross who created a wish list with us and produced a very realistic computer image of our dream kitchen . The kitchen delivery was on time and Mark, a sigma recommended fitter did an amazing job installing it in just 6 days. We are now the proud owners of a fabulous top quality Sigma kitchen which we can't wait to enjoy. A great professional service from start to finish!

We were very impressed with the quality of the service- from the product knowledge and understanding of our needs from Joe who designed the kitchen to the delivery team who were excellent. We fitted the kitchen ourselves and were very happy with the support from James who went above and beyond. The quartz work surfaces are stunning and we are extremely pleased with the finished kitchen. It is everything we hoped for. We visited several kitchen design places but Sigma 3, although a bit more expensive, were well worth the extra for the quality product and the support.

We’ve recently had a new kitchen from Sigma 3’s Newport branch! Fantastic service & communication from start to finish! We had a meeting with Dave who discussed our ideas and options available and put these into a design we were super happy with. The process was very smooth and they kept us up to date with progress, dates and what to expect. When the kitchen was delivered, our assigned fitter Andrew was very friendly, easy going and done a great job fitting the kitchen. We had one damaged panel arrive, this was quickly rectified and a new one sent out, Andrew returned to fit this with zero hassle. James that was overseeing our kitchen project, kept in contact throughout and made sure we were happy with everything! We honestly cannot fault Sigma 3 Newport whatsoever, thank you again, very happy customers!!

At some point in January 2025 I booked a design appointment with Sigma 3 to replace my kitchen. Dean came to my house and I explained what I wanted. The team created a design that suited all my needs and came within budget. I went through Sigma to get a tradesman. The tradesman, Mike, was very efficient and completed all works to schedule with his team. I’m very happy with the final result. I have a brighter, more useful kitchen than I had before.

This is my second sigma kitchen I've had and yet again it didn't disappoint. Dean and Craig at Colchester avenue have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process from design to choosing the right appliances and the right units to give a really top quality, high end feel at a very competitive price. If you're in the market for a new kitchen go and have a chat with Dean and let him work his magic you won't be disappointed. Lastly a big thank you to chris. The master tradesman who was my fitter. We recently bought a kitchen from Sigma 3 Colchester Av Cardiff. From start to finish the staff have been fantastic and always happy to help; Tabitha during the design/costings, Matthew final measurements and comms during fitting and Dennis did an amazing job with the kitchen fitting itself. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and we are thrilled with the end result. Would highly recommend Sigma 3 to anyone wanting to get a quality kitchen fitted.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quality is exceptional with a vast choice of colours and finishes. Very friendly and knowledgeable kitchen designer just a phone call away if any issues.

From start to finish I felt as though everybody was so helpful I’ve had a couple of minor issues and these have been resolved with no problems at all

We recently had a new kitchen from Sigma 3 in Swansea. Eleanor Hughes was absolutely wonderful, such a lovely lady and incredibly knowledgeable kitchen designer. She really took the time to understand what we wanted.
The quality of their kitchens are exceptional, everything feels solid, beautifully finished and built to last.

We recently bought a house that needed a complete and complicated kitchen refurbishment. We tried several companies locally and further afield but settled on Sigma. We did not regret our decision and the company certainly went the extra mile to create us a wonderful kitchen and utility room. Particular mention must be made of Lacra who came up with the initial ideas and plans and was personally invested in our project. She was always on the end of the phone and gave us masses of encouragement and great advice. We are now the proud owners of a sleek, modern kitchen that has totally transformed our house. Additionally, Craig provided us with so much help and expert advice which was very much appreciated (and necessary!). Sigma's kitchen fitter Gareth was an absolutely top tradesman (and we have had a lot working on our property!) - he was a skilled craftsman and was fun to have around the house. Sigma also put us in touch with Jade Construction who did a very good job with some tricky building work. Overall and importantly, we always felt we could trust Sigma to support us and provide a quality end product which they certainly achieved.

I cannot put into words how truly incredible the team at Sigma 3 in Abergavenny are. I need to start with Emma, our designer, who deserves the biggest shout out of all. She is the most talented, patient, and gifted designer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I clicked with her instantly. It felt like she knew what my vision was before I even knew myself. She took the time to understand us as a family and made sure practicality was never sacrificed. She has designed us the kitchen of dreams. It really is the hub of our home and we will be eternally grateful.
We have used a few of the top kitchen suppliers through different projects over the years. This was our first experience with Sigma 3. I can honestly say we would never go anywhere else. The quality of their products, met with the outstanding customer service at all levels is incomparable.
We undertook a self-build. By the end of the project the whole team felt like family. They went out of their way to help me chose the little details to help compliment every inch of our kitchen. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We were so impressed with the kitchen design, we went on to ask Emma to design us 2 bespoke dressing rooms. Again, she took the brief and created spaces that exceeded all of our expectations.
Craig, the installation manager was brilliant. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their installers, Jamie for the kitchen and Arthur for the bedrooms were truly exceptional. We will be forever thankful to you all. K&L Brown

Excellent, friendly advice from Emma and Craig from the Abergavenny branch. Everything was completed in the agreed time scale and the few snags were sorted with no problem. Excellent kitchen fitter who couldn’t do enough for me. The whole team were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly from design to installation and beyond.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen. From the moment we received our brochure to installation it was all so easy. We knew what we wanted and our designer brought our kitchen to life. The installation boys were great and pointed out a small defect on a door and had already ordered a replacement ( we hadn’t noticed it) . All queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. All in all we would certainly recommend sigma for all of the above and their quality .

I had a fitted kitchen approx. 7 years ago from Sigma Cardiff. I had a few issues with it and even though it was out of warranty the quality of service was just as impressive as when I bought the kitchen. Within 24 hours I had a visit and we were able to resolve the issue quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They even remembered us when we initially went back. Excellent service by the sales team and the fitters who decided to replace all our kitchen doors. Thank you to Jamie, Dennis and Matthew.

From the moment I visited their showroom, I felt valued and welcomed, with a friendly smile from all members of staff. Gavin our designer was incredible…
From the moment I explained what I wanted, he listened carefully and offered his experienced opinion in a gentle and respectful manner. Gavin designed on paper, exactly what I had created in my mind for the kitchen. Gavin demonstrated the ability to generate a practical but beautiful kitchen seamlessly. The schedule of works they produced was kept perfectly and they remained - right on track!
I was introduced to Beth and Rob at the store, both of whom continued the professional standard of care, I’d been used to by Gavin. Even the delivery drivers were great, punctual , pleasant and so helpful.

As for Dean our fitter, words begin to fail as he was such a craftsman! He worked tirelessly and meticulously on our kitchen and produced a phenomenal result! He identified imperfections that I couldn’t see, insisting that it was replaced within a day or so. He is a perfectionist and that is reflected in the beautiful work he produced.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sigma at Swansea. They have a high standard of care, quality control and flair for producing beautiful homes. Thank you all.
