Very quick to get the ball rolling and extremely helpful in my circumstances where some of the information needed I didn't have. Having had a family trauma in the early stages of my claim I found them to be compassionate and understanding in there being some delay in getting information to them. Still awaiting an outcome but up to now I am positive that the horror of the latter part of my holiday being ruined by salmonella will give me some kind of positive outcome.

Really hesitated to access this company due to strong opinions regarding living in a world of litigation. But due to the serverity of my illness I wanted to highlight this problem to the hotel and holiday company for the sake of others. We saw the advertisement for holiday sickness / problems we had a very bad holiday due to sickness / food poisoning s the professional solicitor said if you continue to accept it then it becomes the norm which is not right.
