extremely horrible and humiliating experience of my life
I visited Siam Spa as a loyal customer since last year although I heard from others that they do not provide a quality service. My masseur was OK. She was on leave for 6months I was told.
I booked to have a relaxing massage recently and this turned out to be a most worse experience of my life.
It was a rainy day so I caught in the traffic and the car parking took a few mins. I was 5 minutes late and by the time therapist came in the room it was 1.10pm already. I requested politely to make the time as it was a 60mins massage session. I noticed that there was a language barrier as well. At first she nodded yes but as she was hurrying things up after 20mins ,I asked her why she is hurrying as I still had plenty of time. She said that she has to finish early as she has another customer at 2pm.
I said why she said yes at the first place, she went to call the manager who came and started shouting at me that I need to finish soon for another customer. I said that I was her customer too and I should be respected and given the service in full. She started screaming at me and not listening to me at all, then walked out with the girl called Pat and left me alone lying on the couch.
I waited for them to come back as I was not expecting this extremely rude behaviour. I got up and got dressed, still no signs of them. I went to the desk and the manager was grumpy. I requested an apology as my session was totally ruined by their behaviour. He said that I have to pay for half an hour and he won't let me go until I pay. He was threatening me and the outside door was locked so I could not get out. The manager fraudulently took £30 for half an hour treatment which I never got and said not to come back again.
I was hurt , shocked ,totally humiliated and depressed.
I urge people not to use this Spa please. They are horrible people.
