Very disappointed with the after care
Very disappointed with the after care. After receiving our shutters we discovered there are no pre-drilled holes to attach the frame to the wall. I contacted shutters 365 and waited three days for a reply where I was told they had contacted the manufacturer and were waiting for a response. I’m still waiting for an update despite emailing for this we took delivery 10 days ago.
So disappointed with the slow response and frustrated that you’re unable to speak to the company You can only converse via email.
