Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Phil was very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable in advising us of options and helping us reach the right decision for our room, without any pressure. Colleague and fitter David is a little star! Came out to finalise Phil’s measurements prior to confirmation of order and was able to suggest a few adjustments. He was also upfront about the likely delivery date which, due to the current limitations with products from overseeas, was longer than any of us might have hoped.
