Customer service was beyond exceptional. Not knowing anything much about shutters, Nigel made it very easy for me to choose the colour, style etc by recommending lots of different options.
Throughout the whole process, I was always informed about my order and when can I expect the installation. No delays with an order and no delays on a day of installation, which is very important when you work full time.
If I had any questions regarding anything, I was please to receive a very quick to respond on my emails.
Shutters itself: amazing quality!! So, so pleased! And the guy who installed the shutters did a great job. Can tell that he truly cares as if he was doing it for his own house.

From the consultation to the installation the process was easy, friendly and professional. Nigel loves what he does and it shows in his service, his product and the final result. He was happy to talk through all options and didn’t push us to overpay for a product we didn’t need which was both refreshing and honest. I was so confident and comfortable with the service I left him alone on installation whilst I went to the shops and cam back to beautiful shutters in a spotless room. Nigel was helpful throughout the process, from quote to installation. Very good service. Very happy with the shutters. Only limitation is the size of trims available which does impact the finished installation a little, but it’s only an aesthetic point, and doesn’t have a bearing on the quality of the shutters. The shutters give me easy control over light levels and split shutter means I can both have privacy and security whilst still letting light in.

We had our 2 bay windows fitted with shutters and it absolutely transforms the room. The product is of the highest quality and the fitting was very professional. Shuttercraft were a pleasure to deal with throughout and we never felt pressured to buy during the quote visit.

Once installed we did ask for a minor adjustment and their fitter was back within the week and carried out the correction no problems.

We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get good value, great quality fitted shutters.

I spent some time getting comparable ideas and quotes for shutters to all windows in my new build home. But as soon as I telephoned and spoke with Nigel Luke from Shuttercraft Winchester I knew I would place my order with him even if he was not the lowest quote. He spoke as an enthusiast for shutters and visited me on site. He was very knowledgeable and explained every angle to help me to work through a range of choices. He installed all my shutters with precision and on completion I was delighted with the quality and whole appearance of my windows - clean lines giving my rooms a modern uncluttered look - and knew I had made the right choice.
