Adam and his team were great. Our old house and windows were somewhat wonky to say the least, but they went the extra mile and did a great job of levelling the shutters up to make it look great.

Good service. Fitted on date promised and good service. Competitive pricing and good product.

Everyone we spoke to was on time, polite and helpful. The quality of the shutters is really good, the fitting was swift and to a good standard. Aftercare was good. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Joe and Adam were brilliant! From start to finish we had the best experience.
Our Orangery window sizes and shape were a little different however their suggestions and great attention to detail was superb. Joe kept us constantly updated on delivery and installation. Installation day was super smooth and Adam kept checking throughout to ensure I was happy with what he was doing. Great customer care!

Fantastic service from start to finish and so happy with my shutter that I’m now ordering another one! A few months ago we had Shuttercraft Harrogate fit shutters across the front of the house upstairs and downstairs. What a difference it has made. It looks truly amazing! Worth the extra money compared to inferior brands and worth the waiting period. Joe and Adam could not do enough for us. I would give 6* if I could!

Outstanding blinds… I thought they would look good, but these exceeded my expectations, fallen in love with them, had all windows done, it makes such a difference to my house, I’d never go back/settle for standard blinds again, more than worth it to transform your home. Fitted in less than 4 hours (5bed house) impressive thanks again

From the start of the process I was very impressed with Shuttercraft. Great attention to detail and thorough giving of information and options when visiting for an initial quote. Staff were friendly and professional during the fitting. The final product is perfect. We are thrilled with the look of the shutters and the functionality of them.

Happy with shutters from Harrogate branch. Look lovely and fit well. Had to wait a while before fitting but that was due to delay in delivery...not fault of the company.

If your happy for your property to be damaged during fitting go ahead otherwise avoid! Had shutters fitted in both the living room and bedroom at the beginning of August all looked fine until they left and noticed adhesive on the shutters in my bedroom he came back fairly quickly and sprayed some stuff on them to get it off which is was all fine, at the weekend I hoovered around and noticed patches on my carpet to my dismay I now have adhesive patches all over my bedroom carpet aswell I emailed them over a week ago and what a surprise no response now they have my money! If you take pride in your home like myself I would suggest avoiding as they clearly don’t care about the state they leave it in!

Until fitting we had no issues with shuttercraft hence the two stars otherwise it would be less.
