The shutters were fitted quickly and expertly, with no mess and on the day agreed. The shutters look amazing and I’m so glad we had them.

Overall the experience was good
The initial visit to the showroom was good. When our shutters were fitted there was a problem with one of them & it didn’t line up with the window frame as it was not installed properly. We had a visit from Chris the surveyor who rectified the problem for us.

Good quality product, poor communication
Good quality of product but the communication wasn’t the best.
We ordered in October and didn’t get our fitting until Feb. Obviously understand that there was supply issues due to covid etc but to have no update for 3 months after forking out a lot of money isn’t great.
We also had to chase to get a fitting slot, despite them saying they would contact us.

I LOVE my shutters!
I absolutely LOVE my shutters, they look beautiful!
I was very impressed with the service, from the measuring up, the advice and the fitting, very friendly and professional from beginning to end.
There was quite a delay between ordering and fitting, but that was to be expected with Covid and Brexit delays.
Well worth the wait, I thoroughly recommend. ☺️

Stunning Shutters ❤️
I have been wanting shutters installed for ages and I finally decided to go for it.. and I’m so glad I did. They are just stunning. From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Tallulah at the show room who could not have been nicer and she new her stuff. Great advice and great service, to Chris who came to measure up and to Marcus who came to fit them and he went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. The whole team were fantastic. It was the best money I’ve spent. Totally worth it and I’m planning to order more once our garage conversion is complete. I just love them. They have transformed our home and they are stunning. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Superb service and fitting. Thank you Shuttercraft.
