1ers échanges se sont fait par téléphone, peu d attente telephoniqie avant contact.
Très bonne bonne disponibilité, adaptabilité, bienveillance.
Sur les lieux, l agent à l accueil était très disponible, explication du fonctionnement des locaux top.
Les locaux sont propres.et facile d accès.
Je viens de prendre l abonnement donc pas assez d expérience sur les lieux encore.
Je termine tard 19h30 et à titre personnel des horaires plus larges auraient convenus.
Mais cela permet une sécurité des lieux.

Un accueil et un professionnalisme de l’équipe vraiment parfait. Chaïnes et son collègue ont rendu la prise en main du box de stockage très rassurante. Que ce soit sur l’explication des mesures de sécurité comme sur la flexibilité du service.

We rented a storage unit at Gare de l’Est. After a terrible experience with ParcelABC, we were so lucky to have found Shurgard. Paul from their office at Gare de l’Est spoke very good English and helped us arrange our locker with ease. He walked us through the app and showed us how to access our locker even if their office is closed. We are so happy to have found them to store a suitcase while we fast travel for a couple months.
