Première expérience avec Shurgard, très satisfait du service client avec Audrey de Nice néanmoins deux point un peu dérangeants selon moi :
- La réservation est validée trop tôt via le site : il faudrait préciser une étape de réservation de box. J'ai fait l'étape plusieurs fois sans me rendre compte que je multipliais les réservations
- Le premier virement est forcément par carte et c'est très compliqué pour les box réservés pour des entreprises (le salarié est obligé d'avancer les frais). Il peut être intéressant d'autoriser les entreprises à passer via des commandes.
