I liked how fast I could book the…
I liked how fast I could book the storage unite. I didnt like that I was not aware of the positioning of the door to the unit and so I had to adjust the way I stack things inside of it and was not able to fit stuff like I wanted. Also in my unit there is a pipe in the ceiling portion of the space that was in the way for me to stack the stuff all the way up. Also it is very annoying when I dont see the more realistic price for the unit. You show naked base price without the insurance and the lock price. It is understandable from the marketing point of view, but very very annoying in the process when price goes up for things I must purchase. For people who are looking for cheapest option it is not nice.

Good, clean and easy to use
Good and fast onboarding, the manager explained everything very clearly, only took 7 or 10 minutes to sing up. The storage itself matches the description and size, it is clean and ready to use. Plenty of space inside the warehouse, trolleys are available to transport your stuff from the car to the unit. Would use again

Check Shurgard!
Vanaf de online aanmelding tot aan de overdracht op kantoor kreeg ik een goede service. Telefonische communicatie was ook goed. Hierdoor kon ik binnen 4 uren mezelf identificeren op kantoor en verdere informatie krijgen over mijn opslag. Ik heb een opslag gehuurd via een actie, €1,- eerste maand huur! Eenmaal bij mijn opslag aangekomen had men een papieren zak met daarop 'Welkom bij Shurgard' geschreven met een smiley en in de zak zat mijn nieuwe slot, sleutel en handleiding voor de slot. Dag erna werd ik gebeld of alles naar wens was omdat men had gezien dat ik bij mijn opslag was geweest. Wat ook erg fijn is is hoe je de deuren opent van het pand. Via Shurgard app met daarin een keypad. Ik zou zeggen, zoek je een opslag, check Shurgard!

Verzoek met de e-factuur verwerking is niet goed doorgekomen of gecommuniceerd, waardoor het gevraagde 4500 nr. niet op de factuur is vermeldt en de betaling mogelijk niet goed verloopt.

Onverwacht probleem, prima opgelost
Verwachtte een box van 200x150 (3m2) maar die week af, wat niet werkte met een buro van 2 meter lang. Meteen opgelost met een grotere box tegen zelfde kosten. Toppie!

Prima!
De aanloop naar en het huren van de box verliep allemaal zeer vloeiend. De app werkt perfect! Alleen waren er wat weinig karretjes om de spullen toch wel een eindje vanaf de auto naar de box te sjouwen. Verder tot dusver dik tevreden!
