Box impeccable, appel en amont pour calage arrivée l'interlocuteur que j'ai eu lundi 24 juillet matin très pro, bref efficace comme on aime merci à l'équipe.

Rendre son box oui, continué à etre facturé non
Inscription faites sur le web,très simple et rapide.
Par contre pour rendre votre box c'est autre chose, j'ai vidé mon box, laissé propre et enlevé le cadenas, le 29 juin, reçu un mail automatique me le notifiant, j'ai été obligé de payé 15 jours de plus, sans l'utilisé malgré mes appels et mes mails.
J'ai payé mes 15 jours plein pot alors qu'un box plus petit aurais pu être proposé même si je ne l'utilise pas.
Et là je reçois encore une nouvelle facture pour le mois de juillet, que faut il faire pour être contacté et remboursé?

Réservation facile en ligne
Réservation facile en ligne. Prix très attractif. Toutes les instructions sont envoyées par mail ce qui facilite les choses. Seul bémol, pas d'accueil sur le site alors que c'était prévu et personne ne répond au téléphone.

Personnel d'accueil très sympathique, Local conforme a ce a quoi je m'attendais. Marketing un peu abusif, comme d'habitude avec ce genre de chose : le premier mois n'est pas vraiment a 1€ il y a des frais de dossier derrière l'étoile.

Equipe accueillante et bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous avons pris un espace de stockage en vue d'un prochain déménagement. L'équipe nous a accueillit avec une très grande gentillesse. Le site est facile d'accès. Nous sommes satisfait pour le moment
