Trustworthy and secure!
A little bit on the pricey side, and insurance is a bit of a con, £18 to insure stuff that isn't necessarily worth insuring, but I guess it's necessary for everyone for protection of the premises and people naturally can be stupid so it does serves a purpose. Very nice facilities with lovely staff to assist (Sarah I believe her name was, friendly and knew her stuff which is what you want). Everything is super secure and looked after. Instructions are very clear and transparent, the do's and do not's. Lots of options to chose from storage wise. Staff happily showed us spaces available so we could chose what was right for us. Opening times could be a little longer as current times are a little restrictive (maybe a chance for some automated solution here for our of hours who be beneficial) but overall core hours are manageable.
100% would recommend to anyone looking to storage stuff away from home and in trust-worthy hands.

Shurgard took over LocknStore, so this branch may temporarily be a bit scruffy.
That doesn't matter as the staff, in particular Sarah, were friendly, helpful and efficient.
There are several useful small lockers, 10 cubic feet, and one easily took a small car load of possessions. Thanks!

Easy and stress free
It was easy to sign up online. The process was incredibly easy as was moving my things into the storage. All for a great price.

Great storage facility
Staff friendly and professional. Facility well located with easy access and offering modern storage 'rooms' at good prices. The only minor inconvenience is the restricted weekend opening hours.

Best idea we’ve ever had to use storage…
Best idea we’ve ever had to use storage space whilst inside renovations take place. Shurgard was so easy to book on line although their measurements weren’t correct. As soon as I booked I was contacted by telephone to check that what I’d booked would be big enough. They kept a couple of sizes available for us to view which was useful as we needed larger than we had booked. Sarah was very helpful and explained everything clearly.
