Ik ben zeer goed geholpen door 2 hele bekwame medewerkers. Ik kreeg een rondleiding hoe je het terrein binnenkomt, hoe de codes werken en hoe het slot van de deur van de opslagplaats werkt. Daarnaast kon ik meteen gebruik maken van de opslagplaats.

Ik werd hartelijk ontvangen op het kantoor in de Aletta Jacobslaan. Alles werd keurig uitgelegd en de website is ook lekker duidelijk.
De ruimte in de Tokyostraat is netjes en makkelijk bereikbaar🤗

Due to a problem with my transportation to Southern Europe, I needed to store my luggage for a short term in these lockers, and the company was very accommodating and helpful, and answered all the questions I had when I needed answers quickly!
The lockers are large at the store. Everything I needed and very easy to get in and out.

If possible, I would even give zero stars.
Service pretending to be professional completely failed to delivered as a small part of complex logistics. Despite they 5 times assured me that the access is established and I can enter, following my arrival from Brussels to Amsterdam Schiphol, the access was denied, both manually as well as via their app and it was claiming that my access code is not recognized. As there is no option for any emergency contact during out of office hours and you have no other option of storage, with my departure by early flight,
I needed to find and make an emergency solution. This was, however, very costly. Not only that Shurgard staff did not show apologies, they are also avoiding further communication, despite clear breach of the simple contract. The customer service pretends to be professional but it is just a rather shameful one without a real support. Au contraire, no support at all, after all.

Avoid if possible. Bad and unreliable service. They are promising without delivering and the arrangement is unreliable with denying access out of office hours. Urgent arrangements at Schiphol cost me 500EUR. Shameful practice and service.

Binnenkomen is een eitje. De opslag is goed bereikbaar en er staan karretjes om zware spullen te vervoeren. Ideaal voor ons!

Very nice service. When I went to the storage place the first time I had a difficulty with the code, called the off hours assistance and they helped me right away. For the rest, everything is clean and automatic.

Alles was heel duidelijk. Vriendelijke medewerkers aan de telefoon. Systeem met code werkte perfect en de locker was schoon en groot. Makkelijk parkeren met grote verhuisbus. Zeker een aanrader.
