New shower tray
I visited Showerstoyou on a Friday to enquire about shower trays for a family member. The young man who I spoke with, was very pleasant, he brought trays up on his computer & I was able to view on a separate screen. He advised on the different makes & suitability as a non slip was required. I then rang through to them on the Monday to order the shower tray, the young lady I spoke with was very friendly & efficient. The payment was straightforward to make, kept me updated with emails & recieved a call on the Wednesday to say that the item was ready for pick-up. The young man assisted me with putting it in my car, which was greatly appreciated as 43kg is quite a lot to lift single handed! The tray is now in situ, awaiting the shower, which will be ordered from Showerstoyou very soon! Thankyou for such brilliant service.

Fantastic Service
What great service I received from this company. The parts I wanted for my aged shower were now obsolete but their team of advisors helped me by putting together the right parts that have worked a treat. I could not have done it without their help. Just fantastic.

DHL very poor
Excellent product, but let down by DHL delivery who took five days to deliver even though I had paid for next day service....

We are very sorry to hear that order was not delivered the next working day as requested.
We have looked into this further. According to DHL tracking information, delivery of your order was attempted on the 18th August at 14:15, but there was no one at the delivery address to take delivery. We can also see that delivery was re-attempted on the 21st of August, but there was a road traffic accident and the road was blocked preventing delivery of your order. On the 22nd August we can see that delivery was successful at 10:08.
We can only apologise that delivery of your order failed, but are glad to hear that you are please with your new Scudo Core cloakroom spout.
