I placed an order on 12-21-22. Never received the order. My bank shows I was charged for it.

Great selection, great price and got here fast!

I received the wrong package. All the paperwork with the package said my correct order but inside was not the correct poster. I called and lead me to a voicemail.

Supposedly this was shipped 2 weeks ago but I still don't have it. It's now 12/24 and there is no way it'll be here in time. Way to ruin a Christmas present. Of course you have my money, so no sweat off your back. NOT HAPPY.

Great customer service, great product and considering the product was ordered on Dec.12, it still arrived 3 days before Christmas. Thank you!! Will definitely order from this company again!!!!

The item shipped on 12-9. I am still waiting for the package on 12-22. This is ridiculous. I paid for the item 2 weeks ago.

I ordered on 12/8 and have not even received a tracking number yet. I emailed them but have not got a reply so I called and got a recorded message saying to leave a message! It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Now it is the 22 of Dec. and no present. I am waiting to see if they return my call.

I ordered this on 12/12th and still don't have it as of 12/21st. Only tracking info provided shows shipped on 12/16 but no expected date of delivery. Concerning to receive a request to provide a review on 12/21st before the product is delivered or delivery information is available and frustrating as a Christmas gift not to have this with 4 days left until Christmas! 2 stars were given instead of 1 because hopefully when it finally comes the quality of the product was worth the wait!

Love the products, they even threw it the sticky things to hang my posters up. the shipping was a little late but no big deal

Ordered a poster and still as of Dec. 5 haven't received it nor does there seem to be any activity on it's mailing progress.

Update: Customer service was great. They sent me a replacement poster with a rush order to maker certain it would be here for Christmas. Very satisfied!

My poster is awesome! I got it as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical just because it was so much cheaper than everywhere else I had looked, but I couldn’t have asked for a better product. Only downside is that I ordered it without the frame and I had a hard time finding a frame big enough for it, but that’s definitely my fault. Just something for future buyers to keep in mind.

The two framed posters I ordered look great. I received them in a timely manner (10 days). For some reason I couldn’t track my order. Also, I thought the posters would have some kind of clear protection. Where there going to be hung should be fine.

Shop trends has a really Awesome variety of Posters. These Posters are one of a kind and unquie. Love the option to have it Framed. My 8yr old Loves it still til this day.

From beginning of purchase to the look on my teenagers face I can say I will be ordering more from you guys!!
