Good well made product. Sadly was slightly damaged but Shopsta were great at handling the problem and sent replacement straight away.

I had problem with my order it was stolen as Evri left it on my doorstep Ada from shopsta sorted a replacement straight away brilliant service

Product was defect - but easy to reclaim a new object. Quick and friendly service

Easy to order, came promptly, exactly as described

Ordered an item, recieved a 'collected' notification then an 'on its way' notification coming from China.
Today I recieved a 'returned to sender' notification 😤
No explanation from Shopsta.
I emailed to request refund, so awaiting return of funds.
If your order is important DO NOT purchase from here. AVOID

I love this lamp, its modern, gives a decent amount of light and holds its charge well.

The customer service agent Ada was 5 star ⭐ in all her responses and help along the way, in my questions, kind, personable a godsend for the company, Ada advertises Shopsta in a way that’s rare several times I had interaction with a week in between. She gave me faith in ordering from Shopsta again they do have a different way of returning goods. Ada gives you confidence everything is in hand.

The product is way cheaper elsewhere , however after posting this review, Ada from Shopsta contacted me, I showed her the site where the headphones were cheaper and offered me a price match! Refunding me the difference. Great customer service and happy with my headphones!

Ordered easily, didn’t realise the product was coming from china but no issues with the product and they came within a week. No complaints.
