Product still not arrived and nobody is responding to emails for support. I will be submitting a dispute to my credit card company for the charges.

Customer Service Came Through!

I've read the other reviews and initially did have issues with my order. But I held my tongue and am glad I did. In short, customer service not only upgraded my product due to the inconvenience, but then on Monday helped me first thing in the morning, AND agreed to stay available throughout the day if anything further went wrong. It didn't. I ordered Microsoft Home and Office 2021, and they CAME THROUGH.

The original confirming email included a download that didn't work, which I admit made me pretty irritated, and caused some delay on a much needed project. This was a Friday, and the customer service rep (use the Chat) upgraded my order but didn't yet have a key. But then came Monday, and the company came through. I got on chat first thing, and Zach (who had also emailed me) chimed in right away. Minutes later I had a key, and an upgraded product. Yes, I had to wait longer than expected. But sometimes a company makes mistakes, and in this case they corrected their error right away. I found the chat far more helpful than the VM. Thank you!

THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH INTERNET COMPANIES TODAY TOTAL CROOKS

Returned a Windows 10 after it came in USB form vs new box form like it was suppose to. Cannot reach the company. No refund has been given. BBB cannot even contact them.

Shipping was fast and complete. The only complaint is that the install instructions were incomplete; a warning about needing to upgrade a BIOS older than 2022 would have been helpful. I was able to figure it out and the install worked eventually.

I placed an order for Adobe Acrobat
Pro on January 31, 2023, and as of today
(February 14, 2023) I’ve not received my order. When I call to inquire, I’m directed to the website where I’ve attempted to chat, again without a response! My voicemail request also went without response!

I ordered a Windows 10 DVD for downloading. When I received it I had questions about how to load the DVD and if it was the proper one I needed. I left a voicemail and email with no response from the vendor. I then decided to purchase a new computer with Windows 11 and requested a refund. I also mentioned the DVD was in its original package unopened. Again my voicemail and email went unanswered. Very disappointed with lack of customer service.

What went wrong was that I bought your product so I Could have a registered version of windows 10 not the free version your software went to online to get something that's free. Never asked me for registry numbers so why did I need you?

I never did receive my package and I'm out the $144.98.

I ordered a download of Adobe Pro and it was never sent. I trie to call the company and left a message to please call me back. No call back was ever received. This company is looking more and more like a total scam.

I purchased what was advertised as "OEM" MS Windows 10 Pro software. What I received was an unmarked DVD containing a ripped copy of the software. This is useless for my purpose - no response from the sellers after two emails and no phone numbers to call. This is obviously a scam to take your money. I don't know what to do next.

This company is the most crooked, deceiving and frustrating company I've ever dealt with. Your customer service is nonexistent. Which is the complete opposite of what your website displays you having. You don't answer phone calls or emails. I mailed back the dvd-rom you sent me, because it did not work. Expecting a refund would have been great, instead I hear nothing from you and no refund. How is this company still in business. I'm definitely going to make sure everyone knows how horrible this company is.

There's no customer rep. To talk to if you have a question? No call backs. Once you get everything your on your own to figure it out. Not a good situation for customer, who's first time use of the product. Sounds like this company scams people!!

Product not delivered. I have requested full refund. Customer service completely unresponsive by phone and email. Unsatisfactory experience.

It all worked and I received it quick

I haven’t received my usb installer. Worried these folks are a scam. Should have gone to some place more reputable. I was never provided with a tracking number for the shipment. I need a refund!
