This was one of the worst experiences. I ordered the Tribal set, which took over a month to deliver. The staff were disrespectful and I paid 70 pounds for the Tribal set.

I spoke to the company's CEO, who was very apologetic and went as far as firing the disrespectful customer service agent. She also offered me a refund for the experience but, that was never fulfilled.

I have been using the tribal set for about 3 weeks and to be honest, the stress wasn't in vain. I have spent thousands of pounds on skin products and treatments and this by far has done the best for my skin. I have discolouration and acne and my skin has calmed down so drastically. I was surprised because it hasn't been a month and the results are so drastic. My skin is glowing, softer and smoother.

I will order again, but early because their delivery service is very slow. The price is now 50 pounds.
The annoying thing is the Tribal set is not sold separately, naturally, the face wash finishes before the mask and scrub but you have to buy the entire set.

Overall, terrible delivery service but amazing products. Will recommend!

I did write a negative review of my experience initially but have to say skin clinic have been in touch since and sent products out in a very reasonable time frame, the products are of good quality, will order again, appreciate that skin clinic made the effort to put things right, thank you.

Customer service & shipping time wasn’t the best months ago but since 2 months ago it seems like they have a new team or bigger team because they shipped all my orders literally same day and I received them within the time frame on the website. Products work wonders so I am glad they changed their customer service team or expanded it.

First ordered back in 2020, skin rebirth oil is amazing , cleared my breakouts. And left my skin glowing and super smooth

Their customer support lies about them making new formula for oil which they up amd had to make something up in order to cover up for their disaster , also their customer support lies on Instagram if anyone is interested for proff add Instagram mateo_ri3 for all proff

My shipments still shows under preparation since 30 march and sent so many emails no one replies
