I purchased an item from this website and waited for 4 months, but it was never delivered. I contacted their support and was assured that I would receive a refund, but to this day, I haven't received anything. All I got was more excuses and promises from their Lithuiania support team, who just keep wasting my time.

These people are complete scammers! No one should trust them. Not only did the product never arrive, but my money was never refunded. Absolutely disappointing and ridiculous treatment of a customer.

I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this website and company.

This website is operated by UAB CommerceCore, a company based in Lithuania that owns and manages multiple online shopping websites known for their deceptive and dishonest practices. They systematically take advantage of consumers, as can be seen from numerous complaints online.

As of April 8, 2025, I have submitted formal complaints against UAB CommerceCore to the following institutions:
• Ecommerce Europe
• Lithuanian Direct Selling Association
• State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT)
• European Consumer Centre
• Kaunas City Municipality
• Association of Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts

I strongly encourage anyone else who has been scammed by this company to file complaints with these institutions as well. The more voices are raised, the harder it will be for them to continue operating unchecked.

If you ever want to order cleaning tablets from Nuroclean through Shoppern.com, Please be advised that this is a rip-off. The tabs do not clean, even as well as a $5.00 cleaner from the grocery store. Now as for the guarantee, that is also a rip-off, They say it must be returned unopened, in original packaging. how the heck can you see if it lives up to the guarantee if you can't use it. So there $61.00 out the window. People don't fall for these schemes. I never will again.

I urge anyone thinking of purchases thru Shopperoc to back away quickly. They are notorious scam artist. Read the negative reviews. You may notice charges against your credit card or PayPal you didn’t authorize.
I did and continue to get the most absurd responses.
When you attempt to explain how Shopperoc has made unauthorized charges to your PayPal account, pay attention to all of the excuses you get. The one thing you won’t get is your money back. Worst of all is that PayPal continues to allow these scammers to do business thru them. Back away

My review is in conjunction with another review I wrote concerning a purchase I made from Nexoptrics, following an advertisement for adjustable glasses, an advert prolifically occurring at present on Youtube.
It turned out the payment was taken by Shopperoc By With Reach (LLC) on behalf Nexoptrics.
I discovered Shopperoc made two debits from my Paypal account. One for £53.93, my order for one pair of glasses, but then there was a second unauthorised debit for £29.99, an extra pair at half price, which I did not order, This brought my purchase cost up to £83.92.
Subsequently the glasses were not delivered by Nexoptrics, and I reported to Trustpilot my problems with Nexoptrics. It appears Shopperoc and Nexoptrics are connected in some way.

Edit 30.01.25. In response to Shopperoc's reply I need to remind them they did not reply to my email of 27.01.25, addressed to with customer support but an withreach.com address explaining I had not received the product ordered and requesting a refund.
Maybe there is confusion between these email addresses for Shopperoc.

Edit 31.01.25. The upshot is Shopperoc refunded me today. They responded to my request for a refund. Thank you.

I don't know what went wrong. I never received an invoice showing what I ordered and never received the item. I just found out about it on my bank statement, on 01/22 2025

The company promotes fast shipping. Have never received mini aircons odered over 1 month ago.

The mini light does not work. The company website with details about the product is inactive. Nobody picks up the phone in the provided number. Just another scam. Do not purchase from this company ever. To think that you can buy more than one. Unreal!!

I am attempting to get my money back for an order with Shopperoc. As with other customers, I was charged for an order I did not place! They keep stringing me along with refund offers, which I do not want. I keep asking for a Refund Address and they won't give it to me!

Can’t get my refund back I live in Liverpool England and when I try to send you a email it says email not valid what’s going on with this company

Product received is of very poor quality and the so-called adjusting does not do what it was advertised to do. Very unhappy.

I called Shopproc customer service for one item of my order was missing. I was well taken care of by the representative that I spoke with. She was very polite and professional. She had placed the missing item on order right away and sent me email confirming this and also will be emailing me a tracking number.

Never received item. Furthermore I was stolen to rchshopperoc.com and an automatic payment is being charged from rcshop.com and I can't find the company. it's very confusing .

Ordered 1 box of cleaning tablets to try out. Then within 15 seconds I was charged for the tablets x2, extended warranty and shipping. When I called Shopperoc within 1 hour of ordering, I was told the shipment was already processed and ready to ship out. It was too late to cancel when I placed the order @ 1 hour before! After going thru PayPal with a claim, I was refunded for the $24.00 charge, but not for the 2nd charge of $53.00

Two charges from this company that I did not make fir items I have no need for or interest in. E website not existing and their Maya culpa is is hardly any solution. Total scam

Stay as far away from Shopperroc as you can. This place is a scam. Put things on your order you didn't even order. Process it and bill you for it then you can't return it.
They keep offering you a percentage off instead of just refunding your money. What a maze of crap to go through to try to get a refund. Stay away. Use Amazon they're so easy to deal with I never use one of these small companies again. End of story. I think I'm going to have to close my debit card and start a new one just to get rid of them off of the dumb thing. You were warned.

Extras (warranty, shipping added to bill). Product didn't turn up. No valid tracking no. that carrier recognises. No customer support. Apart from that, great.

I have not recieved my order of wall heaters . I have asked for a refund all I get in reply is a mail stating as they have no heard from me they will close the case.
This is total rubbish stay away from using this company there customer service useless
