AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

They advertised on Instagram as a physical book of the nostalgic collection of the 1980s "Garbage Pail Kids" cards.

I wanted to buy it for my brother.
So, when I purchased it, they sent me a digital download. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!
But before I checked out, they tried to have me upgrade to a bunch of stuff I wasn't interested in. And there was a bunch of other stuff they wanted to me to check boxes on. I never checked them. To find that 48 hours later, my card was hit with a subscription fee, I was like, "what for?"
I didn't want anything else. Not only that, but they didn't have anything else!
Luckily, I use my Cash App card for online store that I'm not familiar with, just for situations like these. It didn't go thru, because I didn't keep enough money on it to go thru, so it rejected the charge. I IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED THEM ON MY CARD! And I then found the digital receipt in my email, to find their website (complete scam!).
On the website, they said that the don't do refunds of subscriptions. But I told them to take me off the the subscription. I don't know if next month, I will see a recurring attempt. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

I haven't downloaded the file they sent me. But if this is how they do things, I don't even want to. There's probably a wild virus on it.

I am absolutely FUMING at the audacity of this sham scam website! I’m also annoyed at myself for stupidly not checking reviews. I usually do before making purchases, but damn those bpd impulse buys :(

I have to be very careful because I am inclined to spend money extremely easily and quickly when I’m on an episode, or just been paid.

However, I’m particularly angry with this con because it isn’t right to fleece people out of their hard earned money. I’ve read the reviews and exactly the same happened to me as it has to so many others.

I saw the ad for this website on Facebook and I purchased the ‘somatic workbook’ which was supposed to be £5.90 and I’ve been charged £27. It asked me if I wanted the whole bundle or just the workbook. I opted for the latter, but lo and behold £27 went out of my account.

I then tried to cancel and had to raise a ticket. And it said something about if I want to cancel, I have to cancel my monthly subscription (of which I most definitely did not sign up for!).

I have contacted my bank to let them know and I have contacted this scam company, though from reading reviews I’m not expecting a response from them.

I ordered a razor for $4.99 as it was a 'special offer' they then charged me €24 for express p&p which i did not ask for.
Contacted CS who informed me that they don't refund and I clicked the button for express posting 😡. Put it down to bad experience due to impulsive buying but then had a call from my bank. They tried taking £33 out of my account 😒. This was blocked by my bank fortunately. Have had to cancel my card. Please please don't buy from them!!

Scam! They don’t tell you it’s a digital product only and then just send you a weird link. Do not click it. Absolutely DO NOT !!!
Also they then automatic sign you up for a monthly VIP subscription. Be careful ! They even used the fake book pictures of books to lure you in. Insane .
Tell your bank and get your purchase charge back immediately! And get your subscription cancelled !!! I asked them to cancel it, I then checked with my bank and they still had the subscription direct debit set up !!

The website lures you to believe you are paying for an item and then go ahead and deduct more than the price displayed from your card.
When l tried to contact the customer service said there is no refund.
My advice to anyone, there is hidden charges so don't patronise them.

Website never flagged up as scam and bought a pdf. Noticed afterwards they’d automatically subscribed me to their vip program. No human and no response to messages sent to cancel this and two payments have been taken from my bank. Definitely won’t be buying again and now will be changing banks

I ordered a digital planner for £7 and wound up being charged £22 because they added crap on, then they automatically added a "free" subscription. Which i had no knowledge of. So colour me surprised when there were 2 extra charges from this scam company. I am contacting my bank regarding this as i want to charge back these scam charges, as well as having "cancelled" their subscription. I will also be cancelling my bank card and getting a new one. I don't trust them to not charge me again and again it's a total hassle but I really feel it needs to be done.

Only ordered the $5.90 product and said no to all the extras they tried to add. Also said no to the subscription and they tried to take $17 off of me. the next day they took the $17 and said that my 14 day free trial had ended. I only looked at the website yesterday and didn't sign up to anything or purchase anything. They've got back to me and said it was all an accident and that I had selected the subscription when I know I didn't! It even flags up as a dangerous virus site when you click on the download link... STAY AWAY!

I hadn't even agreed to pay yet, when over double the price I was supposed to pay comes out of my bank account.
I go back to see what I've been charged for and the company take the payment AGAIN

I tried to order ONE book at around £7 .. to have secretly added some sort of downloadable content for £17..

SCAM! Exactly the same experience as other reviewers, ordered a £5.90 planner was charged for products I didn't choose and said no to, no agreement to subscription saw this after, emailed them, no reply. Contacted my bank to report it as fraud they've cancelled the card so no further payments can be taken and issued a refund.

Exactly the same thing happened to me as everyone else. Paid for a £5.90 download and they charged me for loads of extras that I declined. Looked on their website to dispute this and see comments about a subscription after a 14 day free trial. I contacted them straightaway to tell them I wished to cancel this non existent subscription I didn't sign up to. No response from them and then they've taken a further £33 from me today (after 10 days!!!) I have contacted my bank to sort. I've not opened any of the downloads as I do not trust this company.

Complete Scam. Another cost of ADHD, I shouldn’t have been so impulsive and checked on here first. I thought the digital planner looked good for only being like a fiver so decided to buy it, put card details in, then it started asking if I wanted to add all these extras, which I declined!!! My card was charged… £20 odd quid?! An extra had been added for digital note papers which were over £15. Since literally the second the sale went through I have been trying to contact them to get a refund but they are NEVER online, at ANY time of the day, you fill in your details so they can ‘get back to you’ but it NEVER happens, they email you a transcript of every message feed you send probably just to make you think they will reply but they NEVER do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have also been scammed by this company. I was totally taken in by the Instagram ad and I feel I was targeted because of my ADHD. I paid for my downloads impulsively (which I haven't even opened yet because I forgot about them) and then have had another payment taken today which I managed to get my bank to refund. I have contacted customer services and am awaiting a response to cancel the subscription which was NOT made clear at the time of purchase. An absolute rip off!!

I went to purchase a planner pack for £6 and declined any extras but was charged £21 at the end for an extra i did not add. I am now also being told that it automatically signed me up for a subscription when i bought it and i have to contact customer service to cancel it, but they do not respond.

They massively overcharged me! I declined all of the extras and only selected to purchase the planner but when I got the receipt through it shows that I have selected the digital papers and they have charged me for those also which were significantly more expensive. They are unresponsive to any “customer service” emails and chats. AVOID
