I Placed my order and it was confirmed the same day on, 28/11/25. And as I’m writing this review on 15/01/26, over a month and half after, I’m yet to get any useful feedback regarding why my order has not been shipped. When you send them emails you only receive automated responses saying the same thing; that they’re experiencing challenges and order will be shipped out in a few weeks. I replied immediately to get clarification on the ‘few weeks’ but they do not respond to any of my several replies. This has been the most horrible shopping experience.

I placed my order on 11/25 and my package has never shipped — tracking has only shown “label created.”

After waiting weeks, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have received no reply at all. I finally received a response saying the main item I ordered was out of stock and that shipping would take 1–2 more weeks. I replied the same day, clearly stating that I preferred to wait for the item and asking for an estimated restock date.

Since then, I have been completely ignored. I sent follow-up emails, asked for updates, and even requested a phone number for customer service — no response at all.

As of 1/14/2026, nothing has shipped, no update, no answers. Very disappointed with my experience. This is starting to feel like a scam.

Im waiting for my order to ship for 33 days and they still didnt even pacgkage my order, slow automatized replies from customer support and very very long wait time for answer and still nothing progressing, I ordered 5 Items from them before and it took like 20 days from ordering to be deliveried but 33 days wait time for none progress is crazy…

Terrible Experience with @NewRepublic - They Don't Deliver and Shift the Blame

On February 7th, I placed an order on shopnewrepublic.com, paying $12.99 for 1-2 business day shipping. The package arrived 4 days later, completely missing the promised window.
Their response? Denying their advertised service and blaming the hotel and USPS-when the real issue was their failure to process the order on time.
To make matters worse, they are demanding I return the package just to be "eligible" for a refund
-ignoring the fact that I paid for a service they didn't provide.
This is false advertising and shameful customer service, and I am now filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to report their deceptive practices.
Think twice before buying from them. This is not just about the money—it's about accountability and integrity.
