I bought 6 of us a Polar Express hoodie to go on the Churnet Valley Polar Express and they were fabulous, excellent quality. The kids loved them and one of them even said “i’m never taking this off, i love it”. The delivery was as promised too. Would definitely recommend this company.

A total scam all there reviews are made up by them self do not order from them as they will take your payment an you will not receive your items an you can’t get hold of them then will email you saying contact Royal Mail when we receive our money back from Royal Mail we will refund you never will a scam site do not order anything from these people

Do not order from this company. I ordered a bag months ago for my daughter starting school. Nothing came!!! The email responses are minimal. Still nothing resolved no items or refund! Trust me do not order.

Items were made and dispatched quickly. The drawstring bag is good and print seems good bright quality. The keyrings however, the colour is faint on them so I was a bit disappointed by those.

What I received was absolutely nothing like the picture on the listing. I ordered one mid-size reversible octopus with fancy font name written on the leg. Instead I received two cheap tiny octopi with the name stuck on in comic sans. Don't expect your orders to turn up like the picture.
Unfortunately can't return as the item was personalised and I needed it as a gift ASAP... Was incredibly disappointing for myself and the receiver. Fortunately not too expensive...
