I ordered 5 different necklaces on 11/28/2025. On 12/01/2025 I received shipping confirmation but the tracking never showed an update. I messaged them on 12/12 and 12/13 twice with no response. I contacted my credit card on 12/14 to file a dispute. On 12/29 I get an email saying the package was delivered to my mailbox. I checked the mail, no package. I contacted the post office. They told me that I was scammed and that is a popular scam. What happens is there are two tracking numbers. One is scanned so it shows delivered to me, but the address it was delivered to was actually one of their addresses, so there was never really anything in the package. I’m so surprised at how this happened to me and my goal is to save others so I’m writing this review.
