Lōma is a scam. I ordered their Jardin set and I wanted to initiate a return because the fit and fabric was not as pictured, so I attempted to initiate a return as per the website’s instructions (emailing them directly and filling out their contact form directly on their website) and I have not received a single response from them in a week. Their website says they get back to you likely within 24 hours on business days. I have followed up over 4 times as well. I called the phone number on their website multiple times to try to get a hold of someone on their customer service team, and each time it goes straight to voicemail. I left two voicemails. I also investigated their address that they put on their website and it seems to not be a legitimate business address. I am so frustrated and upset.

Great top except it does damage easily. I was folding the sweater top and my ring grazed it and the fabric got pulled. I did not expect the fabric to be that fragile.

I purchased my first pant set and was extremely happy with it. It fit well and is very comfortable. It washes well and although it feels like PJs it gives a more polished look. Delivery took a bit, but I was updated every step of the way. I ordered a second color and can't wait to receive it. Very satisfied.

Nice outfit but the shirt literally is unraveling during the first few hours of wear. So disappointing.😢

I ordered the black set that I had seen on an Instagram ad. I’ve washed it three times and it’s already showing noticeable wear and is pilling.

I love this set. So comfortable! I’m 5’1” 120 lbs bought a size small. Very roomy comfortable to travel in. Material washes well. I will be buying more! The pants were a bit longer on me. I will need to wear sandals with a small heel.

Unfortunately my item did not fit. There was no problem at all getting credit for it and customer service was wonderful.
