I didn't get what I had purchased and I have been trying to get a hold of you bc I got a rope instead of what I had purchased so I hope y'all will send me what I had ordered I had ordered the custom visa card pendant and I got a rope

Although the items I purchased where excellent, I wound think of using another courier service. I paid £15 to have them here within 3-5 days yet they took nearly 10!!! And missing halloween 🎃

When I got my items I just felt as though they were so beautiful. The crathmanship behind the work was truly something to behold. That’s why I have a problem becoming a brand ambassador for the company because I can stand behind they products. I ordered and the beyond delivered. I get compliments on the work daily.

My items came broken and starred to tarnish as well.
Customer service is terrible if you buy something please contact your bank and just report it as fraud because their phones dont work and the email is either fake or no longer in use. Not a very trustworthy place to buy things from. Please don’t waste your time or money

I item didn't look how it was suppose to look. Tried to contact company numerous times and no response back. Very disappointed 😞

Good company respectable and consistent shipping was a bit long but well worth the wait.

I received my two bracelets in the mail and loved the box and slick zippered leather bag inside it. I was very pleased with the quality of the two pieces, especially the 3mm rope bracelet I got which is my favorite. Would highly recommend.

terrible customer service, payed for 2 chains recieved zero chains contacted the company no response no one cares just took my money it has been a month no product no response stay away from this place unless you like to be scammed!!!
