Received 3 of the 4 items and they were absolutely nothing like the picture or the description. The material is paper thin and so unstructured theres no shape or style to the items. I tried to return them but the address was in China and would cost more to ship than what I paid for the clothes. I negotiated with them and they said they could give me their top amount allowed for a refund at 30%. I agreed and its been 3 months now after many emails that have gone unanswered. I tried to email again today and got an error message saying the email address is not a viable one. Its basically just principal to me at this point, these scammers should not be able to get away with what they are doing, false advertising, no customer service, and lowest possible quality product!

This company is a scam. I placed an order in October. After 10 days it had not shipped. I emailed to cancel the order and suddenly two items were going to be shipped. I emailed again to say that I had cancelled the order and requested a refund. They responded with we will give you a 10% discount. I have been emailing them every day for an update on my credit and keep get told it will process "immediately", "as soon as possible" or " very soon". This has been going on for 2 weeks. Do not purchase from them

#1 my order placed in July 2025 went undelivered until I contacted customer service then two of the three items were unavailable. Finally got 1 of three in September. Then I had to keep reordering a different item because those were no longer available...again. I finally just picked something to complete the order. Item 3 finally arrived in mid October.

Placed my order on August 28. Did not received items. I emailed customer service. They said that 2 of the items were no longer available. I told them to cancel my entire order and issue me a refund. They said they would. It is now 16 business days (today is October 17th) and I have not received a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I will be filing a fraudulent claim with Paypal.

This company is a scam! Do not order from this site, I ordered 3 pieces of clothing 4 weeks ago and it still has not shipped but they took my money and I am not able to get ahold of anyone. The phone # does not work and the email address they have on their site is not valid.

I ordered 5 tops from this “boutique” which happens to be located in China. After a month and a half I get a tiny package in the mail containing 1 of 5 items. When I contacted the shop to inquire about why they charged me $172 and I received a $41 top they assured me I’d be refunded in 10-20 days. Over a month later, no refund and they refuse to speak to me except to tell me that if I close my dispute via PayPal they will immediately refund me. To make matters worse the item received wasn’t as pictured and is just a cheap knockoff of a known brand. Run don’t walk away from this “boutique”! Scammers abound. I’ve noticed lots of angry emojis on their Facebook page. These are people that have also been scammed by this person/s.

First a month went by before I reached out to them. They said the shirt I ordered was no longer in stock and to pick a different one. I picked a white linen top. Two weeks latter the top arrived. It was a horrid shiny polyester monstrosity that I would never wear or pay even a dollar for. I immediately contacted them for a refund. No reply so far. Do not waste your money. Update, they emailed me back and offered me a 10 % refund. They are so dishonest.

This shop is a scam. They will take your money. Never have anything in stock might ship you one item but you’ll never get the rest. Beware beware beware beware beware beware
Credit card company got in touch with them and they agreed to credit the account.
I believe this company is just out to get as much money as they can without supplying merchandise.

I never got my product and the kept my money, they told me the items I picked were no longer in stock and to pick a new product, then they said they shipped the new product but then got a notice that the they never covered the shipping cost. It’s been one thing after another. I don’t know if they are a scam or but they are a theif and took my money. I have reached at several times in the last 4 months they always have an excuse. I am reporting the to the BBB. Don’t buy from them.

Item I received did not look anything like that advertised. Description claimed it was embroidered but there is none. Would NEVER wear this.

Do not order from this so called company.
I placed an order on May 31st of this year and paid extra for expedited shipping.
Their own website says orders with expedited shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days.
It’s now June 14th and I have not received the item I ordered. I’ve emailed twice. The first response was, “we are sorry for the inconvenience” and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me was never in the system. I emailed again asking for a refund. I received another, “sorry for the inconvenience” and a different tracking number. The new tracking number is also not in the system.
Horrible scam. I learned my lesson and trying to help others not get scammed.

Why does it take soooooooo long to get these products??? Weeks and weeks!
Can you at least post the truth on ur web site so everyone will know up front that “yes” u will at some point get the products to them BUT it will take a very long time…. So don’t be n a hurry customers…it won’t get to u quick…and I promise I will never buy from here again….

I would give this company a 0 if it was allowed. I had ordered three shirts from them on May2. On June 1st I got in touch with them, which was also a hard process to do, only through email to see where my items were. They then told me that two wee unavailable and on was shipped awhile ago. I told them I never even got that . They took my money when I ordered them. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. Who doesn’t tell a person that items were unavailable and not return money or contact the buyer. They tried to barter with me and offer me buffet items for two when I ordered three. I emailed them telling them to refund my money. Why in the hell would I order more from them. Then they said that they’d refund me for two. I said refund my money.all of my money. They wrote back, we will refund the money. I still have not received my money back. I’m ready to call my lawyer. All I can say to anyone wanting to buy from this company is do not buy anything from Charming Rose Boutique. You’ll be sorry. They’ll just take your money and make excuses. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

This is a scam. They took 148$ from me in January 2025, but never delivered the merchandise that I bought. They agreed to refund but never did. Everytime I contact them they tell me it will take 10 days to process. It has been 6 months now. Those idiots are incapable of processing anything. Just a bunch of thieves.

I finally received shipping information. Could not be tracked with the number provided. It indicates shipping from south Korea. Still no useful information.... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a top March 22, but by May had never received it. When I reached out to the company, they said they were sold out and to pick something different. I picked out 5 different tops (some said new just in), and each time it was sorry, we don’t have any. I then asked for a refund and they said they would refund it - 3 weeks later no refund. This is a scam company.

After over 2 weeks since I placed my order, I sent an email to cancel my order. I received another email today advising the items ordered are no longer available. I responded with the same response as prior, to cancel my order and refund me in full. Based on other reviews, I'm not confident they will accommodate.

Zero stars is too many. I places an order for clothing from their website. Waited weeks, then inquired with the company from the contact us form on their website. No response. Sent an email to the support email listed and it came back as a failure, unable to deliver. SCAM ALERT

I ordered two shirts in January 2025; I gave this company a month. I sent an e-mail regarding my order. Response was that one of the original shirts I had ordered was out of stock. I could pick another comparable in price. After choosing 3 different shirts, I found 1 that was in stock. Finally received that one, a month later. Never received the other one from the original order and no refund. Totally would not recommend this company.
