Absolute scam. Ordered In May, it’s the end of August. It’s total BS do not waste your money on this garbage click bait.

I wish I could give 0 stars!
On May 29th my order was placed. On May 30th my credit card was charged. I have been repeatedly told my order would be 4-7 weeks. It has now been over 11 weeks! I have repeatedly asked for my money to be returned, but no longer receive any response. At this point I'm assuming my money has been stolen. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

If I could give this shop ZERO stars I would. WORST experience ever. I placed an order May 25, 2020. It’s currently August 10 2020 and still NO received shipment. I have checked out all their social media posts and they owe SO many customers orders. I have placed orders internationally before, even with this pandemic, and at maximum it would take 6 weeks, Ive been waiting almost THREE months and nothing! They don’t care about their customers, their customer service DOES NOT help you at all, they block anyone on their social media posts that note not to purchase from them, because they basically scam you out of your money! So BEWARE. Do not purchase from them.

OrderEd something about 3 months again still haven’t received it or even any updates about it. Very unsatisfied.

The glasses took forever to get to me but they were nice when they finally came in. I ordered at the beginning of May and got them at the end of July.

Ok so I actually wrote a review several weeks ago about how frustrated I was with this company. I ordered my free glasses in April and was kept getting the runaround by the company. However, I ACTUALLY finally got them through USPS. They’re actually cute! Yes they’re cheap, but honestly I’ve gotten several compliments. No I would never order from here again because the shipping is a joke but it’s not a total scam! I did in fact get my glasses!!

Shipping took forever and glasses were trash, don’t waste your time and money

I have placed my order on June 6th for a pair of glasses that I planned to use as spares. It’s now July 28th and I still haven’t gotten my order, or any communications or updates. This company are a bunch of crooks.

Fantastic service all round and brilliant product.

I saw an Instagram promotion for "Free" sunglasses (only paid for shipping), so thought why not give it a go. The worst that would happen would be to lose $20.

The shipping took a few weeks, however, when I asked questions to the company, the customer service was quick and informative.

The products ordered arrived not too long ago, and I must say, they are superb! The fit and function of the products is second-to-none and while they do not quite compete with the big name brands in this space, they punch well above their weight!

I have no complaints about the company or the product. The shipping tracker was always up-to-date and very quick to update when the product moved location.

I would absolutely look to use 5th & Baldwin again.

Extremely misleading website and disreputable company. They present as if they're a Canadian company located in Toronto, but when I requested customer service, it's clear they're located in China. I made an order seven weeks ago, my order never arrived, and they refuse to give me a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair from them over 6 months ago, never recieved any sunglasses, and the company refuses to refund my order. So I just got scammed out of $50. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Horrendous Company

Ordered two pairs of glasses at the end of April - 1 pair turned up in awful quality.
The second pair are yet to turn up and the company are not helping in any way.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are scammers.

Packaging was terrible it barely fit the glasses and it took almost 2 months to arrive. although when my glasses did arrive they were very nice but felt pretty cheap.

Ordered sunglasses mid-May off of a targeted Instagram ad. Paid for shipping and polarization only for the sunglasses never to arrive. Company refused to give me my money back !!

Never revived my glasses. No one contacted me after I reached out multiple times. Waste.

Ordered my glasses June 9 and still nothing. (July 15th) said they were shipped June 11th and still nothing. I understand with covid and everything but I have ordered tons of stuff before and after the date in question and it's all been received

The glasses were awful. Nose piece on all three weren't even glued on and they sat miles away from my face. Total scam and waste of money.
