Since June 2, your order has been with the USPS.
The USPS is operating with some delays due to the current pandemic.
If you are concerned about the delay, we recommend reaching out to the USPS for more information about current mail service in your area.
Additionally, we have posted clear information and warnings on our website about delays due to COVID-19 since early April. These postings show that most orders to the US are being delivered within 3-6 weeks, not 1 week.

Your tracking information shows your order was out for delivery on May 23.
If your package has still not been delivered, we highly recommend checking with your nearest USPS location for your package as they are most likely holding your package there.
When the USPS are not able to deliver a package or have not delivered it after marking it 'Out for Delivery', they keep the package at a nearby USPS post office for pick up. A notice about this should be left on the door or in the mail, but sometimes that is not done.

It looks like your order from May 2 shipped out May 9 and has been with the Canada Post since June 9.
Additionally, we have posted clear information and warnings on our website about delays due to COVID-19 since early April. These postings show that most orders to the US are being delivered within 3-6 weeks.
Orders to Canada are taking a similar amount of time to be delivered, however the Canada Post has cited delays due to the current pandemic that could extend this expected delivery time.

It has been over 10 weeks (!!!) since my order was placed. 5th & Baldwin has not responded to my previous 3 emails - they have most likely run out of excuses for their scam. All positive reviews you see are fake (notice the grammatical errors). All I want is a refund.
EDIT: COMPANY LIES ABOUT PACKAGE BEING RECEIVED BY USPS TO PLACE BLAME ON OTHERS.

I recieved my shipment within 6 -8 weeks as expected. The glass I wanted was as recieved. Decent quality for being free. Only complaint is updates on tracking could be alot better. Last update I received was weeks ago and then all the sudden my product was in my mailbox
