Also customer support are very helpful, on checkout it was stated that any import duties/taxes were included with the free delivery, but I was issued an import charge by Fedex prior to delivery.
I contacted customer support and they paid the outstanding import duty!

I recently borrowed a friend's Philips Lumea and loved it. Unfortunately, she had to take it back so I needed to get one. She got hers years ago in Mexico and I was disappointed when I tried to get one in Canada and couldn't find one anywhere. I found Shop4Body online and was a bit hesitant to order off a site I had never heard of, but I'm glad I did! I got the Philips Lumea BRI955 Cordless 9000 Series IPL Hair Removal and it came so fast. I ordered it on a Saturday and then got it on Tuesday. They even included the adapter on it for North American outlets and I'm so thankful for thank. FedEx charged me for duties and taxes but I reached out to customer service at Shop4Body and literally got the refund for the amount the next day after I provided my receipt. Couldn't be happier. Got an amazing product and had great customer service! Would recommend to anyone.

Lumea is worth the money, it saved me a lot money because I used to pay a lot for laser sessions. it's well made, effective and very powerful.
I just use it for 3 time and I nearly lost 70% of my hair. I would also thank the website for selling it because we don't have it at America. I'm so happy and thankful.

Bought Philips Lumea, they had the latest model, which wasn't available from any other retailers in Ireland. They were also better on price then any other retailers.
Item arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged. DHL charged me for duty taxes and VAT but Shop4Body refunded me when I contacted them.
All in all, a very good experience and I will be using them again in the future.
