My order was dealt with and despatched in good time.

I had bought previous Tena washable pants in 'large' which were great. However on re-order this style wasn't available in my size so I ordered another style described as high waist. I checked and followed their sizing guidelines based on hip size and ordered a bundle of 5 in 'large' once again. Have just opened the first pair. The size is ok around ie hip size but at least 1" lower on the rise than the previous pair and no where near high rise up to the naval as shown on the website. Extremely disappointed.

The product came in wrapping with the words
Wear wash & reuse
stencilled in prominent letters on one side .
Then, just now I'm back from Tesco where the till spit out a voucher
Save £6 on Tena silhouette pants.
Customer confidentiality????
I wont be shopping for Tena products again

I have been trying to return my purchase which is proving to be very very difficult

I use Tena silhouette underwear but I'm finding more and more they are tearing. At £1 a pair they are quite expensive and I have thrown away 3 of the most recent pack of 9 which makes them even more costly. I have contacted Tena directly and await their comments.

Apart from my previous problems with your website, the Tena products are very good . Expensive, but well made and hopefully will last as long as normal underwear. A good fit, and my husband is very happy with them.

I was not sure how secure these are. However I was pleasantly surprised at how safe they were. I was so frightened there might be a leakage but I felt safe to go out and socialise with these. So comfortable as well.

Love Tena products

I use Tena Discreet and although they mostly do their job catching my leaks, when I remove them from my knickers I’m left with glue and paper stuck to my knickers that I can’t remove. It doesn’t always come off in the wash, either! And if it does, presumably there are bits of fabric/paper going into my washing machine filter… Not Best Pleased!😌

They do not allow telephone contact. When I responded to their email for information about a problem with my order they promised an answer 1 to 2 days. That was 4 days ago, still no answer. their product is good the customer service is awful.
