Would give zero stars if I could. Prescription checkout does not work for 2 months now. Used NHS app to order as that is supposed to be recommended.. GP sent order to P2U and P2U simply lost it.... Mehr ansehen

1. The app forces the user past product promotions on the way to checkout, thereby adding more pages to click past. Ordering a repeat prescription should be much easier than this. 2. I can't order... Mehr ansehen

Awful App, unable to contact anyone

Have been a satisfied customer for a few years now, the app has just changed and it is dreadful. Really hard to navigate. Placed an order yesterday took 24 hours to get a confirmation email, medication now on the list that I haven't had for years and have never ordered from them. The app wouldn't let me order the medication I needed, had to have the whole lot, what a waste of money. Disgusted.

Terrible

Terrible customer service. Been trying to support my elderly father in law with this company. They need reliability for their prescription delivery. The order has been sat with Pharmacy2U for ages and they just keep pushing back the dispatch date. We’ve phoned multiple times but no one helps…..just say they’ll come back to you and never do. Said Wednesday they would get it dispatched on expedited delivery but today app is now saying dispatch next Tuesday. Telephone adviser said very tersely, there was categorically no issue with the order, then the next day the app says items out of stock. No one comes back to you when they say they will. Telephone adviser was rude and unhelpful. Avoid like the plague. For second month running will have to cancel order and collect locally for my father in law completely negating the advantage of online delivery. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Appalling company

Would give 0 if it was an option. Changed from collecting at in store pharmacy Tescos to Pharmacy2u. Huge mistake. Needed antibiotics for UTI urgently prescription sent on 15/04/25, original dispatch date of 17/04/25, then this changed today to 22/04/25. So a week later. Automated answer phone at customer service didn’t recognize my date of birth despite correctly putting it in 3 times. No customer service representative available due to training. This is an absolute disgrace. Required drugs delayed due to pure incompetence. Will never use this shower again.

Worst online pharmacy I have ever dealt…

Worst online pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Turns out they have 2 trustpilot pages, the other shows 4.6 stars, this is obviously the accurate one. Nightmare ordering medication. Ordered on Tuesday, I told them my next dose was due Saturday, they didn't even bother looking as the prescription until I emailed them on Friday night. Now it is Saturday and I don't have my medication. They are now asking for more information, most of which I already provided. Worse experience ever! Please don't waste your time or your money on this company. It is more stress and hassle than it is worth!

After being changed from Lloyds not by…

After being changed from Lloyds not by choice, They recieved my prescription the 28th March (still not received) they have lied about why I haven't got it over and over.

Can't get another prescription because it's tramadol ( try being in pain and going from tramadol withdraw) it's medication I've been on for 12 years and I pay for prescriptions. Absolutely despicable company will be changing asap.

Unfortunately I moved to this company because Lloyds no longer provided the prescription service. Ordered a new batch mid March. Still waiting now (10th April) as apparently they were still waiting for GP. I spoke to GP and they had already sent confirmation to Pharmacy2U on 19/3! I got a code from GP and tried calling Pharmacy2U. No-one available to speak to as its a training day!! How come someone else left review today to say they spoke to someone? And why is a company that boasts having 1million customers not reachable and unable to process a prescription?? I've now re-ordered my prescription through Boots and wont be using Pharmacy2U for anything.

worst ever service! cannot even Split the order

I have been having issues since I was forced to leave Llyods Pharmacy. Worst this time. Already delayed my order ..with me running out of meds. on chatting with customer support - investigation raised and the reply i received that one of my medication is out of stock and is a delay of 4-5days and also THAT they are unable to split my order and send available. I have to contact GP in urgency and cancel this order and issue new one to a different pharmacy! I am closed my account with them now. Left me without medicines in the weekend!

Was a happy Lloyds direct customer

Was a happy Lloyds direct customer, was TOLD I was being transferred and what a mess. A drop in service. Presciptions approved by GP not appearing on their system but appearing on the lloyds website. Pharmacy2u rep had no clue. Returned to local pharmacy.

Will not replace faulty equipment, will not reimburse. BEWARE.

Had been using their service for some time but the last pen I had only administered three doses of the drug before it broke. I sent pictures and a video clearly showing more than 15mm of drug remaining. They said that this was the residue after four doses. Besides the fact that the images clearly showed a lot of liquid, not the small amount remaining after four, they have refused to reimburse me or send me another dose, effectively calling me a liar.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, lloyds direct was amazing but this is a joke make you wait multiple days for a prescription because “we cant get in touch with ur gp” what in a whole week? Are you actually kidding me some people have chronic pain we don’t pick and chose when we need our medication the online service was supposed to be helpful but its become a problem itself, then to be spoke to in such a condescending way by their team is ridiculous, i will never use your service again wasted my time.

What a mess!

We were moved from Lloyds Pharmacy. What a mess!. Unwanted medicine sent costing the NHS lots of money. Difficult to get hold of anyone, although the website suggest the contrary and when eventually you speak to someone they give you incorrect advice.

Wish I could give 0 stars,awful ppl, they are equally useless with thier tax paper funded ngs prescription delivery contract,of course,thier humongous nhs payment to provide this service, cross subsidises thier shop, bam ,double profit,kerching. Never ever call them always e mail them ,because u need to have a paper trial when they call u a liar, or hassle you bc u r disabled, omg they are complete cowards ,the never give u a surname,so u never know who u are dealing with, never expect an apology, a refund is extremely difficult, no they are staffed by untrained ,rude ,whiny millenials, who take no responsibility for thier behaviour and they will cry racism or that u r being rude to them,the minute u challenge them,even without any evidence or justification,they are the worst ever,and are RIPPING OFF TAX PAYER'S MONEY

Not overly happy with Pharmacy2U.

Was forced to join from Lloyds, never had issues and service was easy and ad-free.

Just received my first order and was not in a box that I could open. It was two bits of brown thick paper which has adhesive each side to keep the products together. But I struggled to rip that open, yes I could have used scissors, but this was pretty awful.

I am now looking to see what other companies are about.

The app is also awful with too many ads …

And also, no way to complain by email! So I’m using this as a way to complain and share my frustration!

HORRENDOUS service!!

HORRENDOUS service!!! First order was lost and never received. 2nd order sat waiting for approval for 6 days with no progress! Both orders never received so medication delays causing more health issues.
When calling them, a rude staff member Sara Harron (mark braithwait is supervisor) was incredibly rude and not sympathetic or empathetic in any way, clearly has the emotional capability of a walnut, acting as if it was my problem and she couldn’t understand why I was so irritated! Absolutely useless. A complete joke of a business.
