Would give zero stars if I could. Prescription checkout does not work for 2 months now. Used NHS app to order as that is supposed to be recommended.. GP sent order to P2U and P2U simply lost it.... Mehr ansehen

Diabolical

Diabolical. Withheld my prescription without notifying me, meant i ran out. 26 mins on hold to speak to a rude customer care representative. When i expressed my general level of dissatisfaction she hung up! Don't bother using them. Useless

I probably have the same experience as others going from a local pharmacy to online. My local had a supposed text service that alerted you when to pick up your prescription. .. it rarely happened. So online would be yeas? No! My first try with these people )Pharmacy 2U) offered me a choice of dosage for my Sertraline and non matched the current dosage from my Dr. I chose the closest dosage hoping the Dr would amend it... after hearing nothing for a week I contacted this company.. well.. tried via their useless Auto reply chat. In the end i got it to acknowledge i needed to contact a human... long story short and copious emails and promises no one replied with any real help whatsoever. after nearly 2 weeks. In the end i had to cancel my prescription which apparently never went through! pity if these are life saving meds eh?

They say there unable to source my compression socks had no problems when it was lloyds 2 months of messing about totally useless company

Absolute shambles

Absolutely shambles of service
Going to get rid it ,I can see from reviews
It's standard ,they always seem to stop my repeat prescription, and create hurdles for me to cross to retrieve it?!

Avoid.

I ordered the weight loss injection from.here, the first pen was fine no issues. However, the second pen was defective. They told me to email a video from the beginning of how I attached the needle all the way through to the proof that the fluid wasn't coming out. A video this length is far too long and cannot be sent , I managed to cut it down only to be told they couldn't see it.
I asked if I could just send the pen back, they will see the pen is full and unable to be used. They refused this.
This has been days of emails, due to the fact they don't respond to queries quickly , So am now in the position of being over £160 down and having to start the treatment all over again as it's been it's been too long between doses. Given that I have paid for 2 months, £320 and am now having to start from scratch again with a different company.
Appalling customer service, with a refusal to work with the customer, I would have been happy if they could just have given me a way to extract the medication i wasn't even asking for a replacement. I just wanted to access what I had paid for. And if something is defective and they can't help me access the medication, why not accept the product back so they can see it arrived defective and fix the issue. Clearly not a company that wants to keep their customers.

Awful incompetent company who take your…

Awful incompetent company who take your money and then fail to provide a basic customer service let alone the prescription you've paid for. Still can't get an answer as to what's happened to my order 3 days later. I was advised they would call me back within a couple of hours. Of course they didn't call back and when I chased again was told they don't normally respond on the same day and they would leave a message for the person I originally spoke to. Im sorry this is just not good enough-how difficult is it to tell the customer the status of their order??? Awful company playing with people's lives. Avoid

Zero help when it really mattered

Please think hard if you’re planning to join Pharmcy2u and require medication that it could be life threatening to be without. This is my story……..initial service from P2u was fine - prompt dispensing and delivery.
However, my latest delivery contained just 28 blood thinner tablets and not the 56 prescribed by my doctor.
Trying to get through to customer service was a nightmare and the last email I received from P2u declared that CCTV images proved they had dispensed the correct amount. These images were not furnished to me, my picture of the box I received showing dispensing date ignored, and zero help was offered. I am no longer a customer and will be using a local pharmacy instead. As I say……..please do think hard before choosing a faceless organisation with zero accountability. Your health is more important than that.

Utter incompetence

Shocking transfer process from Lloyds pharmacy. Could not create account after being forced to migrate. Then after getting a number of emails demanding payment, the company would not allow my card to be added. Had to wait on call for 15 mins to deal with something that should not be a problem. Incompetent from the start and potentially dangerous to someone urgently in need of medicine. If you can avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to contact Pharmacy…

I have been trying to contact Pharmacy 2 u for 3 days as the injection pen for my wegovy is not working properly. I sent an email following their instructions no response at all. I have called customer services on numerous occasions unable get through. I’ve had one response telling me someone would contact me that was over 24 hours ago. What is going on!!!

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. I changed to pharmacy2u because my local chemist was taking up to a week to obtain my insulin and blood pressure meds am
My first order for the insulin arrived three days after placing the order but after that one good experience things have become dreadful. I was asked to set reminders but not told which medications to select.. I have been informed by me GP that requests have been made on my behalf for medications by pharmacyy2u weeks before repeats were due..
pharmacy2U failed to tell why they are doing this, and THEY DOT NOT REPLY TO MY EMAILS asking for information.
I have had emails from them telling me that I need to book an online appointment to continue to receive medication that I need and have been taking for years..
So because of the problems caused to both myself and my GPs surgery I have decided to dump this dreadful company and ggo back to my useless local chemist.. its far safer.

One of the worst company's I've had to…

One of the worst company's I've had to deal with. I ordered mounjaro from them 2 months ago with a brilliant discount, then ordered my next pen, was declined with zero response as to why.
I called the helpline to be told I'd have to email to find out why I was declined, which I did and never heard back.
Re ordered and emailed straight away asking to be approved as there must have been some mistake in my cancellation last time. After all, I'd been approved by them only the month prior. Received a snotty and arrogant email back where a pharmacist said "Let me bullet point the reasons you may get declined again so you can fully understand what I'm trying to explain to you."

I don't need bullet point explanations I'm educated to doctorate level, I'd like to think I got there by having some common grasp of simple concepts. I was then told I needed a telephone meeting which I had, showed my height and weight in mirror, my passport and got on scales proving my weight to be 10 stone 7 and I'd like to go onto maintenance dose now.

Was told I would receive outcome of call later in morning. I was then asked in an email to get a letter signed and stamped from my Dr proving my start weight at the beginning of my journey, why? How is he meant to know? I don't go there ever to be weighed nor discuss my weight so he's going to be confused as to why I'm requesting the information, plus he's not going to know how much I weighed a year ago to sign a document as evidence, unless of course he just takes my word for it?
They also wanted 2-3 images of me from when I started my journey proving my weight. I mean that's easy to provide but why on earth would I need a Dr's note as proof also if I'm sending you photos of myself when I was clearly a house end?
This company makes it impossible to order from them, you have to jump through hoop after hoop even when they've seen you on the scales and in a video call and they'll want a Dr's note which will see you shy of £35.00 to obtain.
Just go elsewhere and don't waste your time with this difficult company that enjoys humiliating its customers for their ailments.

Great Cutomer Service

My delivery did nor arrive and was running out of tablets,I left a review of 1star. The way Ash resolved this is worthy of changing my review of 1 star to 5 star.

Woeful Pharmacy2U app

The lloyds pharmacy app I used for years was perfectly fine and was really easy to navigate and ordering was so simple. Since being obliged to transfer to Pharmacy 2U I've found the app to be much worse. I have to manually type in my email and password if I haven't used the app for a couple of weeks. Then sometimes it doesn't load properly. Then when it does load the process to order a prescription is so much more convoluted. Bring back the Lloyds Pharmacy app. It's a case of "it wasn't broken and didn't need fixing". Not sure if there is any other option than using the woeful Pharmacy2U app! :(

I would give 0 stars but it won't let…

I would give 0 stars but it won't let me. Absolutely shocking. I used Lloyds delivery and never has any issues. Thus company do come close. I ordered my meds on 16th of May, because they forgot to include it in my last order, that took 3 weeks to arrive. Still no meds,it's now 25th of May.Rubbish.

Shockingly bad customer service

Moved from Lloyds and has been an absolute shambles from start to finish. Unable to order via Apple Pay (despite being advertised as a payment method). Correct information has t been transferred and they promised to put it right (as I couldn’t change it myself) and of course, nothing has changed. They do not reply to emails and when I raised a complaint 3 weeks ago, they promised a response within 5 days but I’ve not heard anything.

If you are choosing an online pharmacy, avoid Pharmacy2U at all costs.

Not Good!

They sent me an email seeking clarification on something so I tried to contact them but no reply. They did not sort prescription out and so I went elsewhere to have my prescription delivered. Marks out of 10 they get 1.
