Would give zero stars if I could. Prescription checkout does not work for 2 months now. Used NHS app to order as that is supposed to be recommended.. GP sent order to P2U and P2U simply lost it.... Mehr ansehen

1. The app forces the user past product promotions on the way to checkout, thereby adding more pages to click past. Ordering a repeat prescription should be much easier than this. 2. I can't order... Mehr ansehen

Every time it's a struggle to re-order…

Every time it's a struggle to re-order medication. It says confirm order but on my mobile the confirm order link is missing. Since they updated their app it is shockingly bad. If they spent less time trying to sell you items and let you just order perhaps it would work better. Once you've managed to order then the process is smooth but until that point it's bad.

Initially signed up during lockdown

Initially signed up during lockdown, but the company failed me and I had to cancel.
HOWEVER, the experience now is completely different! Hence the 5*, well-deserved.
I ordered my monthly repeats mid-morning of Thursday 5th February, maybe around 10am. I had run out of some because I knew that I should have ordered on Monday 2nd February but forgot.
My meds were delivered on Friday 6th in time for lunch.
I CALL THIS BRILLIANT SERVICE, EXCELLENT!
I don't know how they can do this so fast, having worked in a GP surgery and a pharmacy myself, but I do hope they keep it up!

I thought I'd research this company as…

I thought I'd research this company as I have regular prescriptions. I gave datails as requested on the online form, then decided to go no further. My local surgery is excellent and the town's Boots likewise. As far I was concerned I'd not given my permission to go ahead with the order. I was shocked to receive an email informing me my prescription would be delivered! I suspect because I am exempt from prescription charges, the company thought they could simply go ahead without my permission. A very unethical approach and I wonder what else they try to get away with.

The reordering process is needlessly…

The reordering process is needlessly complicated. All I want to do is reorder meds not be given a lot of irrelevant options. Delivery works well (so far at least) but the website is over-complicated, probably designed by AI and not by a hiuman being who actually uses it

Awful customer care

As my GP now wishes patients to arrange contraception via pharmacies instead, I signed up to have a phone call via Pharmacy2U to manage this as I use their service to deliver my other meds. No appointments available in December so waited almost a month for an appointment 8.45am today. No phone call arrived. Contacted online chat 3 times to find out what was happening- first occasion there was “no service” (after advertised opening hours), then agent repeatedly disappearing without notice during our chat leaving me asking several times if they were still there. They came back and said they couldn’t see anybody had phoned me (I KNOW!!!). No apology, no explanation. No remedy. Eventually managed to get phone number off agent. Was told by phone agent someone would call me back. That was approximately 11am, it’s now 13.03 and still no contact. Dreadful service. The only good thing is that I am not a teenage girl trying to be responsible and access this service for the first time for help.

Careless and liars

As a professional dealing with this company is a night mare
They lie tell you that something's your fault until you correct them and they hang up accidently.
They send the wrong medication constantly
They have now left my client 10 days without one medication.
Awful company to use terrible customer services.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give no stars then I would, absolutely disgusting service, my friend made a large order as the Christmas period was coming up and she didn’t want to run out of her medication over Christmas and before, nearly 3 weeks she has waited after they sent a confirmation email to say the items had been sent, by week 2 of waiting and no deliveries, she called to ask where the order was and was told “oh sorry the email you received was a mistake, the order was only sent on Friday”, so she waited and waited, and only a small item was delivered Saturday just gone, so today she called again to find out where the rest of her medication was, to then be told they didn’t have 1 of the medications so the whole order had been cancelled, the person on the phone then asked if she could go to them and collect her medication, which got the answer NO, as she is house bound and lives miles away from where Pharmacy2u is, this is utterly appalling behaviour from a company that we put our trust in to supply us with our medication that is LIFE GIVING, and they cancel an order and don’t notify anyone that it has been cancelled, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid - worst app / company ever

I have a prepayment HRT certificate so don't have to pay anything for my prescription. However it's hit and miss whether I automatically get my prescription sent and every time I go into the app I have to re enter the prepayment cert information. In the past they told me that I have to enter card details despite having a prepayment certificate. So after waiting a week for my last one to be sent, and after I advise them of my latest certificate details I finally relented and put my payment details in and guess what they've charged me. I can only guess that they're going to keep the money and also claim the credit for the pre-payment certificate. Don't bother trying to use the chat facility as you won't get through to a person and I don't fancy my chance's trying to get them on the phone. No apparent email you can use to resolve anything. Total shambles. I'll find a way to lodge a complaint and will report them to my credit card company for taking an unauthorised payment. I'll find a reputable online pharmacy to deliver in future

Do not trust

I put through an order for private medication and from beginning to end it’s been the worst experience ever. My total order came just over £100 and despite them cancelling my order I had to claim my refund through chargeback with my card provider as they never refunded me.

Every time I submit my order it states…

Every time I submit my order it states that there has been an error creating my order. It takes me several attempts for my order to go through, what should be a simple, quick procedure takes me days.
Also a few months ago Royal Mail lost my medication and I hoped that Pharmacy2U would help me with trying to resolve getting my medication replaced, unfortunately they were not very helpful.

Need to speak to a living person

Need to speak to a living person, not a machine which can’t understand what you are saying. Kept going round in circles. Order not received although app said it was handed to Royal Mail. Pharmacy2u automated service said it may be lost but doesn’t help as to what to do next. Ten days later still waiting. Have emailed Pharmacy2u in desperation but still waiting for a response. Not good enough!

Problems now corrected - at last!

This is an update to my previous review.
I tried many times to log-in using details that I've used dozens of times before, but I hadn't been able to for a month.
I reset my password 3 times using 'I forgot my password' (which I hadn't) and it doesn't matter which device I used whether it's my iphone, android phone or laptop, it still wouldn't log me in.
I left a 1 star Trustpilot review to get any sort of response from them because they seem to make it difficult to contact them. The online help doesn't work, ringing them put me into a menu which ended (in my case) with a request for a question spoken to them. I said 'I can't log in', which it couldn't understand, I said 'I am unable to log in', but it couldn't understand. However, I rang them today and spoke to a very helpful person who not only ordered my prescriptions but also found out why the account was locked. She corrected the issue and now all is well, so my previous 1 star has now become 3. If it was based on the help received today, it would have been 5 stars, but becasue of previous issues I can't award anything higher.

Great to begin with... but failed overall

Pharmacy2U were great to begin with. I was on mounjaro for a number of months before switching to Wegovy. This also went through fine.
However I was asked to complete a customer feedback form, which i did the same day as ordering my 2nd lot of wegovy jabs, with the increased dosage.
From here on, I've dealt with 3 different customer advisors all of which were not able to help me. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have been chasing for my order to be reviewed by clinicians everyday for the last 2 weeks, sending many screenshots of my Pharmacy2U Platform screenshots, etc. Its now been 2 weeks since my last jab and have had to move to a different supplier and have had to start from the lowest dosage again.
Pharmacy2U were not very helpful, I didn't feel valued as a private customer and ultimately they've lost my custom because of it.
I would look elsewhere for your private medical weightloss solutions.

This company is an absolute disgrace as…

This company is an absolute disgrace as it stands - it used to be efficient and get things right. Something has gone horribly wrong in the last year. A month ago they insisted I pay for my usual meds. I am 75! Now, soon after that was sorted, they have muddled my husband's account with mine and insisted I order his meds for me! We have separate emails and accounts so this is more than strange and extremely annoying to get fixed. I am very annoyed to have to waste time and effort on fixing this, especially so soon after the last muck-up by them. And it took them four days to sort out.

Service getting worse

2 stars for convenience, but 0 for ease of app, delivery times, app showing apparently incorrect info about delays, and indifferent customer services. Pharmacists working there obviously show no initiative either and seem to make very poor decisions. Service has been consistently going downhill since was on Lloyds Direct, so suspect Pharmacy2U just cut corners to save money.

Terrible APP

The app has constant errors and makes ordering nearly impossible. Their website is only a bit better.

if i could give 1 star i would TERRIBLE

My mistake I didn't check reviews before ordering, lesson learned, never again.
ZERO communication/ customer service, originally it was my error I put in the wrong email and realised after buying a product, I have since updated my email on the app and contacted them via email with no response and I have called them repeatedly with no answer
I have no idea when or if it's even going to come as its ordered to a parcel shop
AMEX cant cancel order as its pending so will update with more details as i know them
