Pathetic. I used the microwave for not even a month and it errored. I contact for warranty. They ask me for information. I give it. Then they say they can’t fix and they will refund and to trash the microwave….. then they ask me in the SAME email thread for the same information again for the refund. I explain it’s still in the email and asked to not get a run around and then essentially resend all information…. It’s been MONTHS and no refund yet. I’ve emailed numerous times. This company is trash and the people running it are the worst customer service I’ve seen I have seen some bad ones. Panasonic is a garbage brand. We should completely stop buying from them. Their team is as good as their product. NOT worth the money. But other brands! Their ratings don’t lie.

Would never buy another tv. All the Apps have become obsolete it’s meant to be a smart tv. Nothing smart about it how can a tv become just stop working.
And yes it’s been updated this is not the reason it’s no longer working. It’s says these apps are no longer available on this device. Or Netflix and bbc iPlayer.

Pessimo acquisto del TV43" 43MX600E, questo modello ha dei difetti di serie e delle impostazioni di programmazione non correggibili neanche dalla casa costruttrice. Quando lo spegni continua a lampeggiare il led rosso e verde, quando lo accendi si accende in una pagina TIVO auto un'app autoinstallante del tipo (RayPlay- ecc.) e devi operare per tornare nella normale pagina di apertura, ma che non possono disinstallare neanche loro in quanto con gli aggiornamenti automatici si reinstalla, dulcis in fundo se hai la necessità di installare "Mediaset infinity" non lo puoi fare, e stanno cercando di fare qualche ancestrale modifica per risolvere il problema. Sono deluso ed insoddisfatto. Mi aspetto che la direzione mi proponga il ritiro e la sostituzione con un modello che soddisfi le mie necessità. Si consideri che dal 15/06/2024 al 04/09/2024 la Tv non è stata utilizzata (fuori per vacanza)

acquistato una tagliacapelli Panasonic ER-DG86 professional , ma le lame si surriscaldavano subito, e non dovrebbe succedere mai ad un modello professionale ,ho chiesto la sostituzione del prodotto ,ma l'azienda non risponde dei propri prodotti se non acquistati attraverso i canali professionali ( peccato si possano acquistare OVUNQUE ) quindi ho chiesto un cambio ad Amazon visto che l'ho acquisto da loro , e prontamente me l'hanno cambiata. Peccato che quella con cui me l'hanno sostituita avesse lo stesso problema , quindi il modello di questa tagliacapelli fa schifo proprio , come l'azienda Panasonic!

Panasonic , pessimo servizio , pessima assistenza e disinteresse assoluto per i clienti . Contatto il centro assistenza per avere info sul codice del telecomando al fine di doppiare il telecomando originale con uno "universale " semplificato con tasti grandi per essere usato da i miei anziani nonni e una dispiaciuta donna ha dovuto riconoscere di non sapere di cosa si trattasse ne ha avuto modo di informarsi presso colleghi. Risposta surreale : "Panasonic non ha codici telecomando" !
Ora considerando che marchi più o anche meno noti provvedono ad indicare tali codici all'interno dei telecomandi oppure nelle note tecniche del manuale , devo supporre che Panasonic eviti di proposito di farlo : magari solo per vendere un telecomando di ricambio ? ACCATTONI , MAI PIÙ UN APPARECCHIO PANASONIC !

I'm not one to complain, but I feel that now the limit has been reached. Therefore I want to warn against this company as me and my wife have very bad experiences with them.
We have a house with a Panasonic Aquarea All-In-One boiler and discovered last winter that the boiler is leaking. We contacted an installer who is also listed as Panasonic's "ProPartner" and they were able to determine that the boiler is leaking in the welding in the lower tank. The installer felt this should be covered under warranty since the boiler was installed less than 5 years ago, and it was installed by a "ProPartner" according to receipts and documentation from the previous home owner. According to the documents and information on Panasonic's website, they give a 5 year warranty on products that are installed by their "ProPartners".
I contacted Panasonic customer service by phone and explained the matter. After much back and forth with customer service, they say that there is no warranty on the boiler as it has not been "warranty-registered" by the installer. I then insisted that it was a "ProPartner" who was recommended by Panasonic on their website who installed the boiler and according to the information on Panasonic's website, the customer should therefore receive a 5-year warranty on the product.
If the "ProPartner" installer has not warranty-registered the boiler after installation, this should not be passed on to the customer. How will the customer know if Panasonic's "ProPartner" has sent them the right papers after installation? Furthermore, the fault is not in the installation but in the product itself with leaking welding.
Unfortunately, Panasonic's customer service is very unprofessional. It takes weeks for them to respond to emails, and they never call back, and the responses come from different employees who are not well versed in the matter. Some of them are also rude and not at all suitable for working with customers.
I will post a video on YouTube of the Panasonic Aquarea All-In-One boiler leaking at the weld (so not at any connection, not at any screw or hose, but at the very WELDING of the tank) and describe what happened and also take this further in court.
In this matter, Panasonic Sweden / Panasonic Nordic has tried to avoid responsibility for their leaking product and their customer service does not want to give out contact information to those who handle warranty matters. Therefore, I want to warn against this company and their products and can only recommend choosing someone else.

Pessima esperienza, dal giorno della consegna dopo un'ora non ha funzionato nulla non si spegneva e non cambiava .....chiamo dove ho acquistato la TV e sono venuti loro a casa che nel frattempo avevo staccato la presa ....il dipendente mi spiega che a volte succede... già li mi sembra strano ma poi ci siamo pentiti di non averlo sostituito....si spegne di continuo non cambia canale e poi non si collega a internet... pessimo acquisto mai più... What went wrong THIS TIME is the perfect description!! I have been buying Panasonic (and Technics) equipment for 40 years. I have stayed loyal even though their customer service is non existent. They have, like so many companies, built a wall around being able to contact them without wasting HOURS. with their computer systems. They are so pompously arrogant the only way to to speak is with your feet i.e. buy elsewhere. I have recently bought an electric shaver which came without a listed accessory - a cleaning brush, worth £3 on Amazon, I gave up trying to contact them, have bought the brush seperately, and that is the last ever Panasonic product I will ever buy. They no longer deserve to stay in business IMHO. Don't bother asking me to contact you Panasonic - I haven't got that many years left on this planet. NOTE ADDED after this was submitted: It occurred to me the similarities in attitudes between Panasonic and another company involved in the current Post Office scandal, so I googled it and was amazed by what I discovered! Have a look for yourself !

I purchased a Panasonic 800W Standard 20L Microwave NN-E28JBMBPQ - Black 845/8898 from Argos in October 2023. In February 2024 the glass turntable cracked and broke in half whilst heating a product according to the manufacturer's instructions. Argos advised that I had to contact Panasonic. I did this to be told it wasn't guaranteed. I told them the glass wasn't fit for purpose. They replied I'd placed an item too heavy and there must have been food spillage on the plate. Neither was true. After numerous emails back and forth, I got nowhere. After 4 months, I've got a microwave I can't use. Shame on you Panasonic. You won't be getting my money again.

I bought a Panasonic microwave on the 9th of July 2022 and recently I noticed that is it going rusty. There is evidence of rust bubbling up under the paintwork on the roof of the microwave and rust breaking through on the sills at the back. Also, there is rust on the top left hand corner of the door opening.
Whilst I recognise that this microwave was out of the 12 month guarantee I’m sure rust is not something you would expect in an eighteen month old microwave if at all and I approached Panasonic to see what could be done about it. All they could offer me was a 10% voucher to be spent on another Panasonic product.
I bought Panasonic because of their reputation, but after this experience, I will certainly not be buying anything else with the Panasonic name on it, their service is appalling to say the least.
Panasonic microwave problems
Panasonic years ago was rubbish and I have since stayed away from their goods, but they are still going so I thought they must have improved their build quality.
Big mistake, I like large flat bed microwave ovens and trying Curry's web site i saw a large 1000 watt flat bed microwave Model number NM-SF464M it was made by Panasonic which put me off but there wasn't any other make in curry's but Panasonic. I should have followed my gut instinct and stayed away from it, but being the idiot I am I thought they are still trading so they must have improved their build quality. THEY HAVEN'T.
This microwave is total rubbish, it is getting worse it does not cook properly, the door is hard to open and I feel the door lock will break as I have to press it so hard now to open it.
The flat bed is approximately 350mm square but only the middle 150mm will heat up food.
If i put a 300mm size plate in this 1000 watt microwave, and put a even layer of frozen sprouts on the plate, only the middle 150mm of sprouts will cook, any sprouts outside of the 150mm centre will still be frozen, rock solid, freezing cold, totally uncooked, I presume you get the idea.
But to make it worse I contacted Curry's to ask for a repair or replacement, I was informed that I have to contact Panasonic direct.
No problem, I phoned Panasonic and was told they do not repair microwaves and will only replace them and that an engineer will not be sent to my home.
I was told they will email me with some questions, the instructions were to write what the problem was, and to take pictures of the inside and outside of the microwave and also to take a picture of the model number, This I did and downloaded the information requested, then returned the email.
I then received another email asking how I tried cooking and defrosting food, so I put it in writing to them. Then another email came telling me I had to follow their instructions on cooking food in a microwave. I have been using microwave ovens for probably 45 years and I have never had problems warming,defrosting, and cooking food with any other microwave oven. They wanted me to jump through hoops as when I answered a email they would then send more instructions. I just want a engineer to come and fix this pile of rubbish, but they will not send one, they create an obstacle course that I have now given up on and when I stated this by yet another email, they said if I don't follow their instructions, they will not sort the problem out.
So now I have given up trying to get this microwave fixed, Panasonic wont help, Curry's wont help, so now i'm left with a piece of junk that is taking up space.
Maybe I will take my sledge hammer out of retirement from my demolition days, give this microwave a real good beating then stand outside Curry's store with the junk on a table and tell customers that curry's don't care about customers once they have your money.

Sono 15 giorni che aspetto l'arrivo de un televisore acquistato nella shopping ufficiale. Sul sito me dicono che loro non se fanno responsabile della spedizione (prendere il soldi lo hanno fatto subito) sul tracking inviato vedo che da una settimana è fermo.
