Freepost is actually £5 postage
Googled to get a Shure microphone windstopper - google had these listed at this website with free delivery. Unfortunately after messing around giving all my details for delivery it appears freepost in their eyes means £5 p+p so my £5.50 wind stopper suddenly would be £10.50
Do the right thing either correct the postage online to be truthful or actually give freepost.
I’m sure this may be dumbed down so I’ll postit on Twitter too

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that our postage options are misleading. This is not our intent and we try to clearly set out our delivery options/costs on our site including a banner on all pages which states that free delivery is available but only on orders over £50. Unfortunately, with the competitiveness of the internet, offering free carriage on small orders would often wipe out any profit for us.
In terms of Google showing us as providing free carriage, this is automatically set and is down to the fact that we DO offer free carriage options, even though we have a minimum order price to qualify for this. We will have a look at the Google ads service to see if we can better clarify how this is displayed.
I hope that this clarifies the situation but please get in touch directly if you wish to discuss further.

Unfortunately, I misunderstood the description on the web site and ordered the wrong product. Live Systems were quick to accept a return of the item I ordered and they gave me a full refund.
