Excellent advise and service but your packaging of parts sent by post let you down, one part broke in transit which you had to replace. You did the replacement without argument top marks for that.

Never received a receipt to verify payment. Product was not in stock & when we checked with the manufacturer they advised not available until Nov. Why are they selling a product at a red hot price and it’s not in stock in Australia. Is that honest? Then we had to call and ask where our refund was. We will not purchase here again!

The valves were for my local golf club who needed them urgently, they were delivered quick smart.
