Hyperbaric oxygen treatment. I used the chamber over a year ago to help long covid recovery and went back for more sessions after a setback. Claire looked after me, talked me through everything again since it had been so long since my last session and was lovely to deal with. All the team at Dicksons are super and so helpful.

AVOID. Staff in this pharmacy need urgent customer service training. They say one thing then do another. They have the temerity to try and blame you for their short comings. They will resort to calling you names in front of other customers, yes, you Mr Pharmacist. If you want a staff member who shouts you down on the phone and then tries to paint herself as a victim, then visit Dickson Chemist at Tollcross. Staff so contrary with their comments it’ll make your head spin. As for the “letterbox” delivery service that staff boldly offer - it transpires that when the package that they have created won’t fit through the letterbox the pharmacist will claim they don’t offer a “letterbox” delivery service!?! Appalling service. Abusive customer service. AVOID.

Went for first hyperbaric chamber today and was fantastic from start to finish. Really simple and professional. The clinician was really informative and had such a lovely manner making me feel totally at ease - she was a definite credit to Dicksons Chemist and will definitely be going again. As usual lied over the phone told medication would be delivered today 23/10/23 stayed in all day phoned at 5-40pm wouldn't even answer the phone?... lying seems to come easier than answering the phone and telling the truth.
Having once again to email a director not that it makes much difference?
Never remember having to phone when Leslie just shows how things have changed?..for the worse in my opinion.

Beware. If you have been referred for medical cannabis as a private patient by a NHS doctor, be aware that some products are very expensive.
The product I was recommended was £422 for a 28 day supply. I did not know that until an invoice arrived for prepayment.
I called to suggest to them that they should be advising someone ordering the product recommended of the cost before recommending and invoicing.
I am a 79-year-old pensioner on pension credit. However much I would like to buy the product I cannot.
I requested a refund of the consultation fee of £50 and was refused, 'Buyer beware' was their explanation. Apparently I should have known what product would be recommended to me in advance of being recommended in some way. The product was not on any price list on their web site.
I called to request a refund, the agent refused, I asked to speak to her supervisor who also refused saying 'We have 25000 customers how could we tell them all the prices?
If you have the resources, I am sure it is a wonderful service and I hope it serves you well, but if, like me, you do not have unlimited funds, beware. This organisation is money driven and will recommend product to you and charge you a consultation fee without advance notice of the very high cost of the product they are recommending.

Personal support for the treatment eliminated my apprehension.

Poor service. I ordered a lateral flow test online on the 12th April which was acknowledged same day but the order wasn’t fully ‘processed’ until the 18th! In other words it took 6 days for Dicksons internal systems to process the order which I’ve still to receive as of the 19th April!

I had a series of sessions in the hyperbaric chamber in the Rutherglen branch. I found the two staff members I dealt with to be very pleasant and helpful and keen to provide excellent customer experience.
I would highly recommend Dickson Chemist
