I talked with the company to make sure I was ordering the right bulb for my Epson projector. The gentleman I spoke with was most knowledgeable. The order came fast and is a great bulb. Our projector was also purchased through the company. Great company and great to do business with them.

The projector I ordered works well and is of good quality. If I needed another projector in the near future, I would consider ordering from this website again, but I would be more cautious about the shipping and packaging and would hope for better customer service in case of any issues.

Was truly the best experience
Was truly the best experience. I ordered one thing which I thought I need for our church. They called and asked a bunch of questions. I originally ordered something that would not work in our environment. They next day they shipped the perfect project. Could not have been happier with the product or service.

Item was in stock and shipped reasonably promptly. Projector works well although I note that the focus seems to drift slightly for the first few minutes of operation. Most people would not notice in a conference room setting on a 85" (diagonal) screen like we are using.

Unfortunately the projector I ordered didn’t have the 2D to 3D conversion feature I thought it would have. So a return was arranged. Carmen was very helpful in both the sale and return.

Good advice
I explained that the problem was that my DLP projector would render yellow as brown. As color is important in my application Rich Morgan suggested that I buy a laser projector. It is perfect!
