My cat is a ball of issues and allergies. We are using the FOS product and it has REALLY helped his situation.

The product worked until end of April. Then it was not good enough to fight all the pollen etc that was here from May to present+.
My poor dog just itches. I make his food so I know what he is eating but he’s just miserable.

I was recently laid off and emailed their customer service team because I really needed the products (I have purchased more than once), but I wasn’t in a position to purchase at that particular moment.
I was told just to watch for a discount code in a newsletter or request a refund. I didn’t want a refund, was just hoping for a discount code or sample to help during my time down. That was disappointing given dogs that use these products, generally really need them, and insurance doesn’t help with this product and they do not accept care credit.

The customer service was the best! The return policy gave me 90 days and everyone was very nice. I also liked that you could hear people's pets in the background!

I have Started my Gracie on the GMP and Gut Restore. I have not had the follow up fecal test as this is not a quick fix but a slow and steady course to wellness. Gracie has not had any adverse effects to date.
I highly recommend this organization and the excellent work they do to restore our pets to their best health possible.

Animal Biome's fecal transplant saved my cat's life when nothing else the vets tried would. I did a lot of research on her condition and decided to give it a try. It gave us a couple more years with her where she had a good quality of life. When her condition progressed, it was sustaining her, but we had to make a tough decision when her quality of life was no longer good. But I will forever be grateful to Animal Biome for giving us time to see if there was any way at all to reverse her condition. She wasn't ready to give up yet and we weren't either so it granted us that time. This was in 2022 by the way, but trust pilot wont let me go back that far. But I think about her still every day.

So far, so good. I got the FMT for my 9 year old Shiba Inu who was itching due to allergies but more so to treat his depression after the passing of our other dog. The majority of serotonin (and other neurotransmitters) are made in the dog's gut so I thought it would help him. A week in his itching had stopped, but he seems to be very tired.
I don't know if it is part of the healing process or what, but I plan to continue, track experience, and see what happens. We chose the 90 day gut reset.
No way to tell for sure, but I know my dog pretty well, and I think it's making him have a tiny stomach ache. The first week or so I took it easy...every other day sometimes, etc.

Your product has made a big difference in my 12 yr old schnauzer. It is expensive but worth it. Her poops are more solid than I have seen her whole life.

Got the wrong product. I got the kitty biome for my dog. I'm not sure if I ordered this in error or you made the mistake. I do not have a cat. I then ordered for my dog right away because she is out of my first order.

I ordered the gut restore supplement for my small dog, who has inflammatory bowel disease, following the recommendation from the UGA Vet School. The instructions state the product may take a while for your dog to acclimate to it but they also state that the product cannot be split, etc., to lessen the amount given when administered. They also state that GI upset may occur initially. I gave my 4-1/2 pound dog one tablet and she puked copious amounts of vomit all afternoon, experienced hyperactive bowel sounds all afternoon and throughout the night then had blood in her stool the next morning. I reached out to AnimalBiome about it and was tersely sent their return policy by their customer service person. BUYER BEWARE-this company will only refund 50% of the $135 dollars you paid for a 30 day supply of this supplement. There is no lesser amount starter pack to try so you are forced to take a risk and pay $135 dollars for a bottle to try with your pet. You then have to return the bottle to them within 30 days (the shipping cost me $16.00) for a refund so the one pill that made my dog so sick cost me $83.50. I have to wonder if this company then turns around and donates the returned products elsewhere for a tax write off. They are making huge profits off of these trials from consumers knowing their product may make their animals sick. This is not a good and reputable company. I am so disappointed in this company and this experience.

The stool biome test was easy to complete. Results were available in a timely fashion. My dogs stools have improved greatly. She should be finished with the second month in 15 dayas.
I will repeat the stool biome test at that time.

Fast, reliable service.

Ordering from the website was very easy & delivery was fast. My cat is on his 3rd day of using it & hasn't had any change in loose stool yet. The capsules are a nice size for cats & easy to use. We're so hopeful since we've tried several other options.

I was hoping to give a 5 star review.
My Golden Retriever has suffered from bouts of soft stools off and (mostly) on for the past 8 months. After trying several other treatments, my vet suggested this product. After just one pill my dog had explosive runny stools with urgency. The instructions said if your dog is sensitive to supplements, wait a day before giving another. In the meantime, we gave him pumpkin and his stools returned to normal. Then we gave him another pill. Again, explosive diarrhea and getting us up several times in the night to go out. I called my vet. She said discontinue use.
I called Animal Biome to require about a refund since their product made my dog very sick and only 2 pills had been used out of the $180.00 bottle of supplements.
They said I could return for 50% refund, and if I paid for return shipping.

I started our 2 year old GSD mix on Gut Restore and S Boullardi/FOS powder after dealing with off and on bouts of diarrhea since he was a puppy. After many vet visits and trying other probiotics, nothing helped and this was the next step. It was a slow start but after two rounds of the Gut Restore combined with the S Boullardi powder, we have been getting pretty consistently solid stool with no issues for the last few months. Nothing else worked for our boy, and because he’s stabilized, we’ve been able to place him on a daily maintenance dose of s Boullardi, along with now hydrolyzed protein food. That combo has kept him having solid stool for a while now so we just started the subscription! Everyone has been so helpful in recommending when adjustments may be needed, thank you so much Animal Biome!

This is the worst account set up I've ever seen. They are using Shopify but you set up an account through shop.animalbiome only you can't see your subscription informaiton -- just your oders once they go out. So I wound up with two subscriptions. When I realized my mistake I tried to cancel one and discovered I couldn't find it and can't elminate a payment method or anything. Somehow I'm "signed up" but can't change anything. Plus you have to write them or call them to change anything and they aren't getting back to me. (Calling also tells you AFTER several minutes on hold to leave your number for a call back, which you never get.)
