Great Serviceb
One of the two pairs of shoes I ordered didn't arrive in the post. I contacted the company and Dion ( employee there replied immediately. We decided to wait a day or two to see if they showed up. After two days Dion refunded my money as they didn't have another pair of the shoes. Luckily I met the postman and asked about the shoes. He told me he had handed them in to be returned as there was no address on that part of the parcel( it had come loose from the main parcel. ) Luckily the post office still had it and he arrived the next day with the shoes. I returned the money. Dion kept in touch throughout the week and was very efficient.
