I got to know about this amazing gratitude challenge through an Instagram post. Shobha mam has amazing personality and positive aura.Whatever she said was understandable and easy to follow. Before this challenge i felt stuck in life and i was hopeless that I'll not get anything which I want but after this challenge i have seen changes in me. I can find my way out of any situation. A wonderful experience, makes one grounded, introduces to techniques to remove Negativity from body, mind and soul by inculcating good habits.ie surynamaskar, pranayam and subtle practices to heal our subconscious mind.
A must course for every one looking to improve and Grow in life.

I'm so happy and grateful that I got the chance to learn something very useful.... really after attending the class my life changed miraculous and now I feel some positive power arround me. I would like to share my two experience here, one I shifted to Aurangabad Bihar from UP and from last two years I'm looking for a help for didn't get any but after attending the gratitude classes and blessings writing practice I got after three days of my classes & second one is My husband got a job offer from somewhere else....
