I was suffering from anxiety and depression. I was consulting a psychologist at that time. I saw an ad on Instagram and it changed my perspective of seeing things. It changed my lifestyle. It changed my habits(nothing bad) but i was lethargic, tired, i used to stay in the room whole day and i used to come out only for eating even i don't do anything in the room as i was mentally suffering. It changed my sleeping habits, Eating habits, my mindset and I'm on good terms with my parents now. I'd definitely recommend to take gratitude practice.

I have seen many positive changes in my life... small changes but so effective which encourage me to be more positive everyday...expecting good news everyday and be grateful for that..is the amazing task to do.

This is a very good experience with Shoba mam. I joined this gratitude workshop some time back in 2022. Due to some disturbing situations I couldn't do it for 30 days.I felt bad for myself. I also was thinking if redoing. That time I came to know that Shobha mam is giving a second opportunity. I felt lucky snd attend it. Thank you very very much for this second opportunity .

I got to know of Power of Gratitude through Facebook ad. I am so grateful that I attended Live master class and chose to join the class.
