This company puts ads out for products on social media for specific events, in this case, a TikTok ad for a product for Mother’s Day.
I ordered mine weeks ago, and tracking indicates my purchase is still in China with only four days to go.
Avoid their hollow implications that they can fulfill an order in time for the event they’re showcasing or be ready for disappointment.

Horrible service, you cannot get ahold of them product is cheap and not what is advertised

If I could give less I would, I made my order 3 months ago and just got it yesterday, first struggle was the tracking on it wouldn’t work so I spent 2 weeks emailing and finally got an answer that it would be delivered within 3-5 days got my package yesterday, way to small not the size that I had order and the size on there chart is inaccurate, emailed them about it and basically can’t make a return, so I’m stuck with 2 hoodies that don’t fit at all, will not be ordering ever again, don’t even waste your time with this custom crap, there are better places you can find, with better pricing and shipping time. Was a complete waste of time with this company

DO NOT order a shirt or do not order a sweater at all! Their sizing is way off and false advertisement this is a scam!
Ordered a sweater in XL for a grown man after reading their sizing on their charting and sweater came in looked like a youth XL! They will not give me my money back or any compensation what so ever! Absolutely terrible customer service as well!
They say they are custom made and cannot be refunded but meanwhile their size charting was not proper at all!

If I could leave less than 1 star I certainly would. I have been back and forth for 5 months awaiting my refund that I was promised and now they have stopped answering my emails. The "Beige" hoodies I ordered (I order 2) was actually closer to yellow than any kind of Beige. The sizes were so much smaller than their website measurements and there was loose and knotted stitching all over the hoodies and top of the sleeves and cuffs. The quality is horrible, the look and the feel. This is not a nice hoodie. It is cheap and nasty. I am now stuck with 2 hoodies that I purchased for our anniversary that neither of us would ever been seen in. I sent photos and proof of all of the above to customer service and they finally agreed to a full refund which has never come through and now they have stopped answering me all together. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PRODUCT IS DISGUSTING.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT ORDER!!! This is the most disappointing product that I have ever ordered! It looks like a gang symbol. I can in no way see how this represents the letters in my daughters name. It looks cheap and like junk. It did not ship on time either so do not pay any attention to the shipping time frame. I ordered it in early December for a Christmas gift and didn't receive it until January. Forget trying to contact the company because they won't help you. This necklace is in no way worth what it costed. It may be worth $5 from the Five Below store. You also don't know that it is coming from China until you get the shipping notification. All emails from them are copied and pasted with the same information when you contact them after the order has been received.

Der står at der 30 dages retur ret på alle deres varer pånær nedsatte varer, jeg prøver at sende to trøjer tilbage til dem fordi størrelserne ikke passer, de starter med at spørge om jeg har tjekket deres størrelses guide og jeg siger ja så siger de så at der kan være forskel på størrelserne alt efter modellen, og så skriver de at de ikke tager imod retur varer når de er specielt designet….. plus var de over en måned om at levere varen og det står ikke nogen steder at det bliver sendt fra Kina….

Be careful! They do not read your emails and the delivery timescale is wrong! They also do not tell you it’s coming from China! The customer aftercare has been horrendous. Takes over 24 hours to reply to each email. They then send the same repeat email and thank you for your business. Will not buy again
