I recently purchased online several of the Marble capri trousers from this shop (can’t remember exact date) and had to return one due to me deciding to change the colour.
From my initial purchase to my exchange this shop were brilliant as were the ladies I spoke to on the phone regarding my exchange.

I wanted to buy some Marble ladies trousers as I had bought some previously and knew the size/style that I needed. I ordered them, online, late Friday night and they were with me first thing Monday morning! Perfectly wrapped, exactly what I had asked for. Excellent service, fast, efficient and friendly (a real person answers the phone if you have a query!)

Rubbish! I ordered an item on line and received a confirmation email to say they were processing my order. But the next day they sent me an email to advise they had sold my item to someone else who had come into the shop and had no more in stock! Obviously they prioritise customers coming into the shop over on line customers who have already purchased. This was my first time buying from this shop and wont bother again!!

Quick reliable online service

Had a problem with a garment purchased six months ago. I took photos which I included with my email to Shirtsleeves. Without hesitation I was offered either a replacement or a credit. No quibbles they accepted that I was being honest. This is so unusual with Companies today who usually ask for the return of the garment for ‘investigation’. Well done Shirtsleeves and a great big THANK YOU.

This is my first experience with this small company and it has been an excellent customer experience, providing a fast, efficient, friendly, personal service! I would thoroughly recommend them. Goods were dispatched the same day and when an item was out of stock, an actual person rang to explain the situation and offer alternative choices at no additional cost. I will definitely buy from them again and maybe even visit the store in person, I was so impressed - they made you feel as if your custom was important to them and that is rare these days! I should also mention that their prices were extremely competitive.
