In a nutshell, knowing shiptonaija is a total flex. I used to have issues with shipping companies (either my package will be delayed or I'll receive it in a very bad condition) but now I'm relaxed knowing that with shiptonaija my package will arrive in time and in good condition, no issues at all.
The customer service representatives are angels, any slighest inconvenience I experience are sorted out immediately.

I have been on import and exportation been for a while but using Shiptonaija was the worst things ever,how on earth would you receive a package and you don't update the owner portal,not even an email or phone notification for the past 12days, I have email them,send them textes on WhatsApp but all ignored. A friend introduce this service to me and we both regretting using them as they show no concern about people package even when package come into your warehouse with the unit numbers and names as it is on the warehouse address give to me. Today make it 15days Shiptonaija didn't reply to me text not reply to me email addresses.
